Chapter 7: Escape

As I walked to the room that Cris and I were in I saw it. On the floor, blood everywhere was.... Cris!! Oh god no! I yelled sprinting to his side tears streaming down my face. I checked his pulse he was badly alive. "Who did this!" I screamed he beckoned for me to come close. I put my ear to his lips "Mr.....Berry" he whispered barely able to hear for a normal human but to meit was as clear as day. As his eyes fluttered and he died. I closed his eyes and said a prayer. He was going to pay!!!! I let myself change I felt the claws come out and everything else. I opened the window and jumped out and headed toward the principals office. His window was about 40 feet up the school building. I jumped up all the way to his office in one leap!! "Nice" I thought; I used my claws to dig into the glass he was staring at like i was going to appear there. I traced a large circle in the glass and pushed the broken glass outside. It broke into a million pieces i climes into the the office. "Why why did you kill Cris!" I demanded "I told you if you got into a fight that it would be your last" he sneered "answer my question!" I spoke barley able to control the beast inside me. "I told you I hate you. Why why do you have all the power. People like you are so lucky while people like me are always in your shadow. People like me will never have a future. We have figured out a way to transplant people like you that have amazing power to us those who don't" he spoke lips quivering. "We who else?" I yelled "you will have to kill me you path-" was all he said because I had snapped. I leaped forward grabbed his throat and threw him outside. He went flying everything went in slow motion. I jumped out grabbed his foot and threw him to the ground. I threw him so hard he made a creator in the earth and I heard a sonic boom as well. As I landed on him I just started punching him out of rage even though I knew he was already dead on impact. By now everybody on the school was watching me. After a couple of minutes I stopped and looked at everyone. Fear and disgust was painted on there faces and the did not try to hide it. I saw Nikki and Molly looking at me in shock. Out of fear for hurting them self I ran into the forest never to return. From now on I was going to do things by myself. I will learn how to control this thing inside of me and I will protect the people who get hurt because they are weak. That was 5 years ago which brings us to the present my journey was just getting started.
