Britt's POV.

  Alex and I agreed to keep things casual between us. The next week with him was the best week of my life. He made me laugh most of the time and sometimes we would be serious and work on our projects and we were done 4 days before submission date. Since then he stopped coming over and I've been a bit sad... Okay a lot sad😒. But I haven't called him cause maybe he's busy and wants nothing to do with me. It's Friday night and still I hadn't heard from him. I was lying on my bed going through social media and decided to call Alex. The phone rings and soon he answers.

** on the call**
"And the Angel finally calls. I was about to call you though." He said  and I roll my eyes at him over the phone. " Are you sure about that? Or you're just telling me that cause I called?" I asked sarcastically. " oh pretty princess don't tell me you've become cranky cause I wasn't calling you ?" He teased and I gave a sarcastic laugh. " I'm sorry for not calling I can see you really miss me." He said in a cocky voice." No I didn't." I snapped. " Really, so then why did you call?" He asked and I could tell he was grinning. " I ... I just.." I stuttered. I cursed myself for stuttering and he laughed. "  It's okay princess 👸... But I was going to call and ask if you'd like to go out with me... To a party???" He asked and I could sense he was a bit nervous. "I'd love to" i answer and he sighs relieved." Okay I'll pick you up at 6:30pm. " he said and i heard someone screamed his name in the background " umm ... Princess I got to go now. Be ready for me." He said and hang up and damn, he sounded so sexy over the phone.

I was ramaging through my close for something to wear. Alex didn't tell me what kinda party it is so I'll have to guess. Okay so judging from his kinda friends it's gonna be a wild party so I'll go with something casual. I finally decided on a white chanel crop jacket and some rip up jeans. I take a quick shower, blow dry my hair and my curls come and I braid it in two.... I put on some light make up and look at myself in the mirror and i was satisfied with how I looked...

Right now I was  on my bed scrolling through my phone when my door opened... " Sky??" I look at her in surprise as she stands before me in my room and memories of what she did came flashing through my mind and my heart clenched. "Wh...What are you doing here Sky? " I ask her in a cold tone though my eyes were getting teary. " Britt .... Please can we talk." She pleaded and I saw her eyes also tearing up. " You Have exactly 5 minutes" I said  in a serious tone and sat on my bed. " Britt... I'm sorry. I'm sorry for everything. I'm sorry if I let you down..." I cut her off.. " If you let me down?? Of course you let me down!! Tell me something Sky... What did I ever do to you to deserve what you did to me? I've asked myself many times and since you're here why don't you answer." I said." Nothing... You did nothing wrong... Everything was my fault ... I let what Monique told me get to my head and i was jealous of you, of the way you we're happy with Austin... Britt I'm truly sorry about what I did and I hope you can find a place in your heart so you can forgive me. You deserve a better friend than me. I miss everything we had Britt... I miss you." She told me and I saw the guilt and sadness in her eyes.

I laugh nervously as tears escaped from my eyes and wipe it immediately. " You know I've forgiven you cause no matter how much I want to hold a grudge against you, deep down I still see you as my best friend and sister. But we can never have what we had cause it's never going to be the same. So thanks for apologizing and i wish you the best in yoir relationship with Austin. Cause I've found peace and genuine happiness in my life." I said genuinely. Just then Alex walked in talking," Princess you ready yet cause.." He pauses as he notices what I going on." I'm sorry am I interrupting something??" He asked a bit confused. " Not at all... Sky was just leaving." I said still looking at her. " Thanks for your time Britt ... Goodbye." She said and wiped the tears from her eyes and left.
