I wake up on Tuesday morning before my alarm I get out of bed and throw on my gum clothes. I'm still pissed with that call yesterday so I need to let it out I get my phone and go into the bathroom. I text sophie.

E- morning sophie fancy the gym this morning I need to let off some stream??

I'm brushing my teeth when my phone buzzes.

S- oh shit that doesn't sound good but sure I'll meet you there 9.30?

I finish in bathroom and head into the room grab my gym bag throw in a towel and my gloves and head to kids rooms. They are already awake and getting ready. Good job guys be down stairs in 10 for breakfast. I head down stairs make breakfast. I make bacon and pancakes and put the extra in the oven to keep warm for Noah and Ben. Leave a note then head out the door.

We get to school and the kids hop out. I make my way to the gym. I go to the ring and see Sophie waiting for me talking to Darrell I groan. Hey Soph you ready. Yea sure but how pissed are you? I have a few appointments booked in this week not that many as want to spend as much time with Noah while hes here. First one I have tomorrow at 10. And last one at 1 will have to change that to 12 so I can get Ben to the airport. I send a text and ask for them to change the time they agree so that's leave the rest of the afternoon free. Noah walks into the kitchen hey babe what you doing? Rearranging appointments tomorrow so I can bring Ben to the airport.
