Sarah and myself have been relaxing In the pool for the past ten minutes or so we are listening to the music playing in the background over the speakers. Hey Sarah you looking forward to your date tonight with Adam? Yes I cant wait can u help me pick out something to wear please?? Sure what time are use heading at? I actually don't no. ok well ask so I no weather to go to the room after this and help you or after my run. Why when were you going to go for your run? Straight after this I was going to go when we were finished at the pool. AHHHHHHHHHHH. Next thing I no is me and Sarah has been lifted onto someones shoulders when I look down its Adam and Noah. Hey put me down Noah. Why you not like it up there. No I don't now please put me down.  I look over at Sarah and Adam had flung himself back and they both fly under the water. I look down at Noah DONT YOU DARE. He just smirks at me and falls back. AHHHHH! I pop my head up from the water spluttering. Noah I am going to kill you. He starts to swim away and I go as far as I can. I call him back. Noah Noah he looks round at me. Come on not fair you no I wont go that far come back I wont touch you. Noah smirks at me and I smile back he starts to swim over to were I am standing in the pool. He gets to me and I put my arms around his neck and he puts his around my waist i lean in to give him a kiss and while he leans down I catch him off guard and pull him down into the water. I start to swim away but don't get far when he reaches me. Hey that was so unfair you lead me on there then dunked me. Well only way to catch you off guard. Now were even. We go over to were Adam and Sarah is in the pool. So Adam what time u taking Sarah out at tonight? Id say about eight if that suits? Yes sounds good. Ok so I will help you pick an outfit before my run then and I should be back before you go I can help you get ready if you want? Thanks Emma that be great. No problem. Noah what have u got planned for Emma here? Noah looks at me I don't no what do u fancy doing? MMM I don't mind how bout we get a takeout or something have a couple drinks and just relax? That sounds good. Sarah and Adam both pipe up yea rite relax my ass. Awk you no what piss off you two.  We all burst out laughing after that.  We stayed in the pool messing around for about another half hour before we decided its time to get out.  When I checked my phone it was almost five thirty.  Hey Sarah If you want me to help you we need to go so I can get my run in. Yes we will go now. Adam I will see you at eight. Noah be gentle with my friend. Sarah for fks sake. Noah laughs so hard he near falls off the lounger.  No problem Sarah I can be gentle. I look at Noah and smile. Rite I will go help Sarah then go for a run I will text you after.  Yes sounds good. ok. Adam no sex on my bed I mean it and don't tell me if use do it on other than Sarah bed. Emma seriously? See not nice is it? We are leaving now. See you later Noah. Sarah turns to Adam and gives him a kiss. AWK come on u are going to see him in a couple of hours geez. That leads Sarah to giving me a slap on the arm. Hey do u want my help or not Sarah? Yes I do. Then come on and don't hit me. See you later guys bye. Bye. We go up to our room and Sarah is straight into her wardrobe rite Emma what should I wear shorts or dress? I think a nice dress what did u bring? She takes out her dresses and puts them on her bed. She has four different ones sitting out. Well definitely not the red or the black they are more for a club. What about that yellow one with a pair of wedges that will be nice. You sure I don't want to look under dressed? You wont borrow one of my necklaces and wear your white wedges It will look nice. Ok thanks. No worries im going to throw on a pair of shorts and my trainers and go for a run I wont be long. Ok bye.  Bye. I make my way to the elevator and go down when the door open I see the guys waiting to go up.  Well look who it is use going up to ur room now? Yes we need to  get ready. Ok im away for a run ill see u guys later then. Im just about to walk away when Noah grabs my arm spins me around and give me a kiss. Ill see you later Emma. I smile and walk away.

 Im making my way down to the beach for my run I put my earphones in and start the music.  Im running for about twenty minutes when I start to think what If me and Noah took things further tonight? Will I be any good? Am I ready for this? Its been so long what if I panic? NO NO I wont I want to. Just rip the band aid off and go for it. Its time I did Im 32 for frig sake I have to atleast try.  I need this actually I want this I need to move on. I want it to be with Noah hes a great guy and I no he wont rush me or force me into anything I don't want to do. Even if I never see or hear from him again at least I took that step with him because if I don't I no I will regret it and miss my chance. Ok that's decided tonight is the night to move on. I look at my phone and see its almost seven pm. Shit I have to go and help Sarah finish getting ready.
