Drake's POV

I checked the time again wondering why it's not flying as usual.

"This is one of the let's say fifth time you've checked your phone in one minute'.
My Mom looked at me from the movie we we're both watching but i wasn't focusing.

I have played games,watch highlight jokes and scrolled through the internet but time is still slow.
I think I'm taking things too serious but the point is "Time just fly already"

'It's not until four In the evening son,so chill and do something that's going to while time.

I groaned in frustrations realizing it was true.
The Time is just one and the party is six.

Miles will be here later In the evening also.
'So long before the time'.

Okay Mom."I'll be taking a nap'.
When Miles gets here,he should wake me up.

"Sure and calm down son"
I'll try,I said not sure that would possible.
I walked into my room and slept off.

'Hey buddy.
Someone was tapping me and saying something i didn't hear.
I rubbed my eyes over and over.

Miles?
Yeah duh it's me.
Wake up.

How long have i been out?
"Four hours or so...."

Four hours?Shit i just wanted to take a short nap.
He laughed obviously not.

I came around four but your Mom told me how you were stressing out because of The party.
Which i don't understand'.
I decided to wait a while before waking you up,your Mom offered me a truce game and I really had a good time.

For the record."your Mom make's the perfectly best meat balls.

I chuckled at his word's.He likes good things.

"Guy you're not okay".

I know right! He said following my flow and winked at me.

What's the time?
It's after five' get ready so we won't be late.

Okay I'll be right out,give me the next twenty minutes.

Miles did you come with both our present?

Oh,I think you're the better definition of sick."I did just get dressed,wear something nice".
I looked at him fully,he had a blue shirt and a black corporate suit also black shoes.

"You look nice by the way"
He smirked and left the room.

I took a quick shower,pulled out a white and red plain shirt and a fitting red suit and white shoes.
I got dressed and combed my hair.
I went over to the stand mirror to check out my choice of outfit.

I smiled in contentment.'Perfect".

"Wow my baby looks so handsome!
Mom stop embarrassing me I said smiling.
She just looked me In admiration.

Let's go Miles...
Can we wait for a while?Your Mom is a fun company.
"No get on the road" i looked at him I annoyance.After all the time trouble.

My mom laughed and said have fun guys.

We enter the call with Miles at the driver's seat.
He enabled the 'GPS' to locate Jessie's place and we sat In comfortable silence.

We arrived at the venue,the house is quite huge and beautiful,it reminded reminded me of a particular house i knew some time ago.

We walked inside,different people of high class were all around doing whatever is done in birthdays.
I seldomly go to such occasions which explains my infamilarity with such.

We blended well with our dressing,"Miles where is your sister?

She should be here soon,you know girls and dressing fuss.
I laughed understandly.

Soft music bubbled at the background and some couples were on the dance floor.

We took a table and sat down,"Fancy Place isn't It?
Miles said looking around.
Yeah i said also looking but not at the decoration's.
I was searching for grumpy bear,so far i hadn't gotten any luck.

Miles picked a class of fruit juice from a serving waitress but i declined.

I looked at the house entrance,still expecting to see her.
Finally i did see her coming out with her friend but what i saw left me dumbfounded.

I couldn't close my damn mouth........
