Kate's POV

Jessie was obviously having a good time,talking with Miles,she was into the talk and I didn't understand what was special about it.
Maybe it's Miles.

I saw Miles sister and waved to her direction inorder to avoid looking at him.
I didn't think or know he will be here today so I was more than surprised to see him.

I frowned as my eyes went his direction,we were sitting in a square couples table,with him across from me.So it was quite difficult
to get my eyes any where but him.

He looked nice with his choice of red and white outfit but he's a person I don't want to associate with at all.

I was getting bored In a lively party,I sighed enduring his looks and acting nonchalant.

Hey! he nudged at me without touching me.
What? I spat out irritably.

"Are you going to just seat there,looking about in boredom".
Aren't we like supposed to at least say something?

"Aren't we like supposed to at least say something"I mimicked in sarcasm and said.
'No thanks'.

Wow! You are hard to talk to.....

Obviously I said rolling my eyes again.okay Miss,he placed his right hand on the
table.
"Let me tell you what,you're too grumpy.

I looked at him taken aback with a wounded ego.
Me! You called me grumpy,I'm not grumpy I said drawing out my words.

Oh yes,you are....
No I'm not...
Fine what do you wanna talk about? I ask to prove my point.

He looked at me and laughed."Your Chances are slim,so nothing".
But.....
He said before I could think of a response.

Why don't you tell me how you plan on paying for the phone you damaged.
He adjusts his suit confidently giving me a look I found disgusting.

"Again suit your self',you and I both know it was a mistake,I held my dress in annoyance.

Why is he bringing up the phone again and now?This guy is testing my patience in a harmful way.
I put on my fakest smile.
"Fine you want to play,let's play".

Mistake or not you made my precious phone spoil he said in fake hurt.

Oh please spare me the details,"precious phone"I scoffed.
You changed it,I pointed to the phone I'm his hands.
So why do you keep bothering me about it.

Fair enough but that phone is added to My list of things you owe me cause I have a feeling you will be owing me lots.

I got confused by his confident words and I sighed in fustration.

"Excuse me".
I said and stood up to find a quite place to clear my head,I tried to inform Jessie but she just nodded and faced Miles again.

I'm sure she didn't understand a word in what I said,I shake my head and walk out of the crowded party to a more peaceful surroundings.

I check the time as darkness had taken over day,its already 'eight pm'.
I can't believe I've been sitting down doing nothing except get annoyed by that pumpous guy for almost two hours,time flies mysteriously.

I walked farther and for the first time,I noticed the house was exceptionally huge with different places I've never been to.

I see a small cabin with surrounding chairs,it was dark but at least I'll still be alone.

I was about to walk over to sit on one of the chairs and enjoy the naturality of the night when I heard a drunk husky voice.

Pretty damsel,where do you think you're going to......

I froze.
