When we walked in, we went straight to the front desk, I could tell the girl was checking him out, just do your damn job. She held the key out, I tried snatched that shit, she held onto it giving it to Derek, he opened it and his face went blank. Then he blushed, wtf did she give him? why do I care anyway, move on alessya.

NOW-

I picked up Mateo, making sure the girl saw him, she just flashed me a smile, get that fake ass smile out here bitch. I gave her a fake smile back. She looked so bubbly for what tho?

We started to walk towards the elevator.

y/n- what floor are we on

d- 3rd

I clicked the 3rd button. It was silent, then I broke it

y/n- what did the card say, I said trying to get a glance of it

he shifted so I couldn't see it

d- nothing

why is he lying? 

y/n- why are you lying, she wrote something

d- if I say its nothing, its nothing, okay?

y/n- okay,

I know he not talking to me, he about to get his ass beat.

The doors opened, we walked into the room, he swiped the card, but he made me go in first. I opened the door, I placed Mateo down and walked in, I was in shock and in awe.

I looked back at Derek who had the cheesiest smile ever. 

y/n- Derek what is this?

d- Alessya, it's for you, I wanted to show you that you are appreciated  

y/n- Derek, why, why did you do this?

d- what do you mean

y/n- you confusing me more, Derek you say you want me and you regret the way you were treated me, but you won't tell me what was on that damn card

d- I told you if I say its nothing, its nothing, what is so god damn hard about that, I tried to show you that I care about you, but you are just stuck on the past. I'm trying to show you that I care about you, but you can't seem to see that, you are stuck on Devin. I'm not going to argue with you about this anymore, im going to go get another room. (Isaiah 43:18- I live by it)

d- you wanna know what was on the damn card, it was telling me the room was ready, I wanted to make it right for you, but I clearly can't do that

He started to walk out.

y/n- DEVIN, I yelled

d- I knew that you were still stuck on him

y/n- Derek it was on accident

d- yeah whatever, he said slamming the door.

I just looked around the room, admiring it, I just burst into tears, I started to pick up all the flower petals, blowing out the candles. Crying till there were no more tears. I turned on the tv for Mateo.

I went to the bathroom, I looked in the mirror, my hair was all messed up, mascara drips under my eyes, I looked like shit. I just sat down on the ground thinking, why do I have to be so screwed up, I got up and tried to shake the feeling off me, I suddenly got the urge to throw up. I scrambled over to the toilet, (im not going into detail about that because that's nasty anyways)

I got back up looking at the mirror all I saw was disgust, me. I'm just that girl who stole her sister's boyfriend, then ran away, only to get pregnant by another guy and left him. Now stuck emotionally just stuck, right in the middle, not knowing what to do. I used to ask my sister for advice, look where I am at now. God.

I brushed my teeth, grabbed some extra clothes, getting in the shower, I washed myself more than 20 times still feeling disgusting, I  didnt feel disgusting, I felt disgusting(iykyk). I was just trying to wash this feeling away. It wouldn't go away, I gave up, just cried, I rinsed off, looking at me one more time. I put my clothes on, I opened the door, I saw Mateo right in front of the door

y/n- hey Mateo, why aren't you watching tv

ma- why were you crying, mommy

y/n- its nothing honey

y/n- come on Mateo lets go out and get some food.

he nodded. I picked him up and grabbed the card, I saw the writing, it said

The room is ready, Derek. Your charge will be added to the bill.

P.S- meet me in room 421, if you want to have real fun💋 at 9

That's why he really left, I walked out of the room, closing the door. I looked at the time on my phone it read 7:34. I had enough time to get Mateo food. I ordered a uber since it was Derek's car. 

We got dropped off at some pizzeria. We got our food and ate, then ordered a uber home.

Mateo was already asleep, I got in the elevator, I clicked the button #.....
