Previously on My Sister's Boyfriend:

I just looked into his eyes, his beautiful brown eyes, we just stayed there looking at each other in the eyes. Then we were interrupted by my phone ringing. I walked over there, I picked up the phone it was from the police department. My face completely changed expressions. I hung up.

D- what did they say?

y/n- they, he-

NOW-

d- Alessya what did they say?

y/n- they dont have enough evidence against him, he isn't-, I broke into tears

Derek walked over and hugged me

y/n- he isn't going to jail, I managed to say without breaking it with tears.

d- Alessya, we can't just let him keep running us out of cities, it's not good for Mateo.

y/n- I know, they also said that he wants to fight for Mateo, he wants sole custody of him.

d- he can't do that, can he?

y/n- that's what the police said

d- so we are going to have to go to court?

y/n just nodded.

Derek's POV-

He just got arrested and he wants to have Mateo, he was the reason why he was in the hospital, why he had a cast.  They dropped the charges for what? LET HIM GO, after everything he did to Al-

y/n- Derek, I dont wanna stay here anymore, she wanted to cry. She did let herself cry.

I was just holding Mateo, while he was asleep on me.

D- of course, pack your things im going to go talk to the nurses

You could tell she didnt want me to leave her, she was scared, but yet she still nodded.

I walked out of the room still with Mateo, over to the nurse's section.

d- hi, excuse me, I was wondering if I could check out my girlfriend,

I didnt know how else to explain it

n4- yeah, of course. We just need her to be checked by the doctor one more time before discharge.

d- yeah, of course. Her room number is 372.

n4- he will be right with you

d- thank you

n4- no problem

I nodded and walked back.

Y/N's POV-

No matter where I run, he will find me. I'm okay if he hurts me but if he hurts Mateo. What if he takes Mateo like he did last time. GOD why was he released, not enough evidence, why is everything so messed up.

Derek walked back in.

d- you have to get checked by the doctor one more time before we can leave
