" Wait, what do you mean by my new home?" I ask.

" Oh dear, didn't Carter tell you?" Albert questions.

" No, who's Carter?" I say. At this point confusing things are becoming rather common.

" Carter was supposed to inform you about our current situation, then bring you here." Albert tells me, and then he mutters, " Why i haven't fired him yet is a mystery, how many times has this happened in the past week? 3? 4?"

" Huh?  What do you mean by, ' our current situation?' " i say, wondering what he said in that last part because i couldn't hear him that well.

 " It kind of sounds like something out of a fairy tale." Albert informs me.

" What's that supposed to mean?" i ask.

" Well you see, Ilhas Da Alma used to be the place that everyone dreamed of." Albert starts.

" What's eeles de almea?" Archer interrupts.

" It's pronounced e-lez day all-ma, it means, ' Soul islands' in Portuguese and it's where you currently are." Albert starts.

" That only brought my confusion level down by like, 0.01 % " Archer says.

" Seems like i need to start from the beginning." Albert says with a sigh, "  Ilhas Da Alma is home to those that humans call mythical, made-up, and imaginary. Ilhas Da Alma was known as a safe place for all those deemed unusual, but then tragedy struck. Our king was corrupted, only caring about gaining more personal power and money, and not his people. No one realized what was happening at first, because the change in the king's way of ruling was slow and those who did start to notice a change refused to believe that their king could have anything but good intentions. And by the time people realized that their king was changing for the worse, it was already to late." 

" What do you mean by it was already to late?" I ask

" Once the people learned the truth about what was happening, the kings plan was already set in motion. King Davis-" Albert starts to say before Archer interrupts him.

" Wait, Davis? That's me and Camille's last name." Archer says.

" Yes, i was quite aware of that. There's a reason for you presence here." Albert informs him.

" What's the reason?" Me and Archer ask at the exact same time.

" If you'd let me finish my story, then you would know." Albert informs us.

" Okay fine, we'll stop interrupting." Archer says.

" Good." Albert tells us, " Now where was i? Oh right, King Davis had been planning for ten years, and it was finally time to set his plan. You see,  Ilhas Da Alma is called Soul islands because it is said that there is a soul of one out of seven gods in the core of each island. The soul supposedly protects those living on the island and teaches them certain skills that had to do with the god or goddesses power. For example the people living people living on Vento, the god of wind's island are most likely to have abilities that range in the wind or air element. The seven gods are, Vento, Chama, the goddess of flame or fire, Leve, the god of light, Geada, the goddess of ice and frost, Some, the god of sound, Sombra, the goddess of darkness, and last but not least, Riqueza, the god of wealth."

" I'ma go ahead and guess that 'ole king Davis here lives on the seventh island, the one with the soul of Ekaza ?" Archer asks.

" So much for not interrupting." Albert mutters before saying, " Yes, King Davis lives on the island of Riqueza and it's pronounced he-kay-za. Do you have anything else you wish to say before i continue? "

" Nope." Archer responds.

" Splendid, now King Davis had always wondered if you could extract the souls from the islands and harness there complete power. When the people first heard of this, to say they were furious is an understatement, they were outraged. No one could believe that there own King would suggest trying to remove the things that make all of us exceptionally unique. When no one had mentioned this for years it was soon forgotten, well until a couple months ago when the king brought it back up. King Davis has already managed to harness Riqueza's spirit and his power keeps increasing, luckily it seems that he's having trouble capturing Geada's spirit because he isn't from her island. When we found out that he had children, we were overjoyed. For the king has created a vault of secrets, the key to stopping this madness. It is said that only he can unlock it, but we're hoping that since you are of the same blood, you might be able to as well." Albert says.

" So what are we doing here?" I question.

" It's really quite simple." Albert tells us, " Your here to save us from your father."
