The world has changed since the first documented case of superpowers or quirks as they're known more popularly. The birth of the shining baby proved to the world hah the supernatural is totally natural. Super powered people started popping up left and right, forcing the world to change. Some of these powers could be dangerous, and so the governments of the world took precautions.
Public use of quirks was banned, and any violators were committing a felony. But that didn't stop some people: villains. A new profession emerged, being a hero. These individuals are payed by the government to fight against the people who abuse their power.
There's another type of hero though; heroes who work from the shadows, heroes who are hated by the government, heroes that have been outlawed. Vigilantes. And that brings us to our story, the story of a young man who would grow and thrive as a hero despite the restrictions society has placed on him. This is the story of Ari Bagu.
