Here's something off the top of my head.

Love is an emotion of raw power

It can lasts for days or maybe just an hour

It blinds and binds those caught in it's lovely web

Love is like a diamond in the rough

All it needs is a little buff

Love is the key that locks families and friends together

Even through some of the worst wheathers

Love is kind but also cruel

It just relishes in making us look like fools

Love is pure and fragile

Just like a crystal heart formed by agile hands

Love is a guide

To help us through cold nights

Love is faithfull

And shows us who really ever cares

Love is a rare gift

So make a wish

Love is in you

Just like it is in me

Love is Love

And that's all it'll ever be
