The next morning the group meet at the dock to try out the drone before they took it to open sea.

The sun was shinning and Brizo, John B and Kiara where joking around in the water, testing the drone camera. JJ was with Pope who was trying to find out what all the  buttons  were for.

"What's this?" JJ said pressing a random button.

"Don't touch that" Pope hit his hand and pushed the boy away. "I'm trying to work out this thing"

JJ stood behind him looking at the little screen. He saw Brizo and Kiara swimming around in their bikinis and he smirked. John B was also there but he didn't pay attention to him.

"God bless geeks, Pope. Truly, man" He thanked, patting his friend's back. "What would we do without you to control the drones?"

"It's not a drone. It's an ROV...."

"Shut up. Shut up. It's too early for that right now" JJ leaned on the fence of the dock.

"Hey, once we get footage of the wreck, we'll bring it to a lawyer in town and file a formal claim" John B said from the water.

"It's bullshit. Why do we have to do that?" JJ groaned.

"Well, there is maritime salvage law, J" Brizo explained while swimming to the short stairs on the dock.

"You can't just go to the ocean floor and scoop a bunch of stuff up" Pope added.

Brizo climbed up the  stairs and was now with JJ and Pope.

"I know. I know" JJ nodded, wrapping Brizo with a towell. She smiled at the boy and thanked him. "It's just lawyers aren't cheap, bro"

"As soon as they see the footage, they'll work for a comp" John B assured.

"How do you know all of that?"

"Cause my dad said it, like, a million times" Brizo smiled at the memory.

"Yeah, that's fair" Kiara agreed.

"This tether is, like, really long. In the wrong weather, it could get pushed around" Pope pointed out.

"Then we'll go at dead calm" John B suggested.

A thunder then rumbled.

"At slack tide?" Brizo said staring at the sky.

"So now, we just gotta wait around for the right weather" Pope stated. "And today is not that day" He concluded as a they heard a thunder.
