The next day came and Hope felt even more lazy to do something inside the hospital room, bored even. She doesn't have her phone with her and she has no books to read and even though there is a flat screen tv mounted on the upper right corner of the room, she's too lazy to watch. Lea must have noticed her in that state, she asked if it's fine with her to open the blinds and she doesn't care at all, open or not as if it would make any difference. But then her eyes were in  awe when a garden field of flowers with variety of colors appeared to them, the only one she can recognize even from a far are the pink and magenta bouganvilleas that almost walled the whole white fence which is by the way, a picturesque for her. There were chirping birds perching from branches to branches. On the other side of the garden is a small playground for the children whereas she presumed, the waiting parents are mostly chitchatting under the trees. This must be the daily scenario out there, children playing while the parents are waiting, there were also some nurses and nannies around. Her eyes went up the sky and down again to the whole ground and suddenly felt the desire to go there. The weather is calm, the sun is bright and the sky is almost cloudless, better for a patient who is in the process of healing like her.

"Can I go there?" she inhaled deeply before she asked without taking her eyes off the garden. She really wants to go down and she would plead the doctors if she has to. The peaceful and serene feeling it sends her is heart warming and relaxing.

Lea stared at her for another second, she has been since she opened the blinds just 20 minutes ago, she was even hesitated at first but when she asked and she didn't complain, she did. They didn't know that a garden would appear to them since they could barely hear kids playing outside. And when Lianne set her eyes outside, she didn't look back. She thought at first that she might just remembered her friends through the kids down there, but then that would be a petty reason.

"Uh... let me ask the nurses outside." she said shortly after her daughter asked. Going out for a short walk won't harm, but she still needs to ask for permission. She went back with a nurse soon after they allowed her to walk her daughter outside for a few minutes. Lianne smiled at the young nurse who went close and guided her to sit on a wheelchair, she asked if that was still necessary since she can walk well anyway but the nurse said it was a protocol. And she understood eventually, since anything can happen there or even along the way.

The nurse left them when they stopped to one of the benches under the big tree in front of the hospital exit door, Lianne said they were good there. Lea thanked the nurse before she sat on the bench next to her daughter.

Aga was gone for work and Lea was at the hospital to attend her daughter. Though it got her two minds initially, she decided to stay despite Nana's insistence to trade place for her to take a rest. Nana thought it's her job but then later realized upon hindsight, that Lea being the mother, would love to take care of her daughter and that's a chance she would not deprive from her. Lea asked Nana this morning to cook something that is Lianne's favorite, for lunch and dinner as well since she was not that convince with the food that the hospital is serving if they were good and satisfying enough for her daughter. She had counted her experience before when she was put to the same case, and mindfully she preferred those meals that her mother brings her every day. Suddenly, she missed their chef de cuisine.

They stayed in the garden for almost 20 minutes watching the children laughing and running around, they never had a single conversation. Lea commented that the place is calming and that it was good for her daughter but the latter has no response. Lianne only watched the passersby and the people mostly mothers on the other side of the bench. Lea wondered what was running on her mind. Lianne closed her eyes for a minute when she felt a slight pain inside her chest, then she inhaled and exhaled several times.
