4- Unsuspecting tacticts

Adalyn chuckled as she was sitting with her friend Sophia, it was third period and the only other friend she had in that class was James. Her and Sophia were talking about how it would be like if they were in a horror film.
"If I'm being honest, I'm probably the one who just trips over air" Sophia said laughing, Adalyn laughed with her and the teacher heard her.
"Ladies, will you please keep it down?" Mrs. Sanchez said. The 2 looked at her and Adalyn apologized, but her and Sophia kept talking either way but more quiet than before.

A few minutes pass by and James raised his hand and asked if he could go get water, the teacher looked at him and replied saying yes. He got up and left the class, Adalyn and Sophia were talking to eachother as he left. But they were abruptly interrupted around a minute later.

The P.A speaker turned on and the principal spoke over it
"We are in a lockdown. A dangerous person was seen on campus with a weapon. Teachers please lock your doors and students hide under your desks please. We will announce when the lockdown has been lifted."

Emma walked into the bathroom and entered a stall, she pulled her pants down and used the bathroom. After she was finished doing her business, she flushed and pulled her pants up. She was about to leave the stall, until she heard the P.A speaker turn on, and the principal announcing that there was a lockdown.
"We are in a lockdown. A dangerous person was seen on campus with a weapon. Teachers please lock your doors and students hide under your desks please. We will announce when the lockdown has been lifted."

'Shit.'Emma thought to herself
'This has to be Luttons.'
She stood there for a few seconds, thinking what to do next. She came to a conclusion and thought
'I'll just hide in here, better safe than sorry right?'
She stood on top of the toilet to hide her feet just in case anyone showed up. But she wasn't scared to put up a fight in case anyone bad showed up. She hid there for a few minutes and all was silent, she breathed as quietly as she could, and when she didn't hear anything or anyone, she slowly started to put her feet down from the toilet. She went up to the stall door and slowly opened it, trying to not make it creek. She opened it successfully and slowly started walking out.

She could hear dripping coming from the water faucet beside her as she slowly started to approach the exit of the bathroom, she was almost out. Until she could hear footsteps running down the halls, rapidly coming closer to the bathroom, she let out a light gasp as she heard them and slowly started to back away, She was in a fighting pose just in case the killer ran in to attack her.

The footsteps approached closer and closer. But then, it stopped. The footsteps came to a halt and Emma looked confused, she stood there for a second, thinking of what to do next. But just when she let her guard down for a split second, she could see someone peeking at her from the exit of the bathroom, she looked back and instantly recognized them. It was Luttons.

Emma's eyes widened as she saw Luttons. But she wasn't going to let her guard down. Luttons walked into the bathroom, they were seemingly unarmed, but their left hand was hiding behind their thigh, as they approached, their hand slowly started revealing itself, And Emma could see that Luttons was holding a knife.

Emma was in a fighting position, waiting to see a chance to strike. Before she could see an opportunity, Luttons rushed at her and raised their knife and slashed. Emma dodged the attack, and luttons stabbed the concrete wall beside her, she saw an opportunity to strike whilst Luttons was recovering from the missed attack, she punched at the right side of Luttons ribs and Luttons let out a grunt of pain, Emma was about to strike again, however Luttons looked up and slashed at her wrist.

Blood sprayed out of her wrist and onto the bathroom wall. She could feel the blood spurting out of her wrist, Luttons had slashed really hard. She looked back at Luttons, her face filled with hatred. She lifted her fist and punched them square in the face, knocking them back. Luttons looked up at Emma while they were getting up. When they finally did, they ran out of the bathroom.
