Both were staring at each other. Analysing the other's facial features. No one wanted to say anything, yet their minds said hundreds of things that they hoped someday it's card get out of the table.

Memories from yesterday flowed their minds as the kiss their were sharing was similar to the one that started it all last night.

It's just that now, they had to pull away. They couldn't carry on with something they couldn't finish. They know because that's when Nicki's alarm went off.

She sighed realising it was Tuesday and had to get back to work. She stretched her arm over to her nightstand and turned it off.

"What time is it?" He asked.

"9 am... We better start getting ready before my parents come up here and find us... Like this."

"Yeah. I'll go in when you get out."

"Okay." Nicki got up with with a bed sheet curled up around her body and slowly made her way to the bathroom. The overwhelming feeling between her legs was not giving her an easy time.

"Come on Nic, don't act like I haven't seen your body yet."

"Boy, please." She said letting go completely of the sheet of the ground and flipping her hair. He was able to see one last time her naked butt before she disappeared into he bathroom for 20 minutes.

When she got out, she was wrapped in her towel with her hair dripping wet. Drake got in the shower.

Another 20 minutes go by and he came out of the bathroom already dressed in a light blue polo shirt and black skinny jeans. Nicki was blow-drying her hair. She was dressed in grey pants, a green T-shirt and black jacket and boots.

They went down downstairs and ran into Jelani.

"Oh, morning Nic. I was going to see if you were up." His voice faded away as he saw Drake next to his sister holding his bag. He did not know what to think. Even though she was old enough to do what she wants, what could had possibly happened concerned him. "Nic, can I talk to you, alone." He looked at Drake. "You too, but later."

She tried her best to remain her cool. this wasn't exactly the appropriate time to have the 'talk'. "Umm, we'll talk when I get back. I need to go before before in late for work."

Jelani checked the time on his watch and sighed. She was right, it was 10 and they still had to get some breakfast. He sighed and mean-mugged Drake before continuing making his way upstairs.

Nicki and Drake continued their way to kitchen to fund it empty. "Mom! Dad!" She called out for them while taking a bowl of fruit from the fridge.

"They went out." Jelani yelled from his room.

"Thanks." She yelled back. "Help yourself up with some fruit." she said it to Drake. He scanned the bowl and picked a pear. Nicki got a bunch of white grapes. After, they got out into the car o their way to Red Lobster.

"Huff! That was a close one." Nicki said.

"Yeah. I am not ready to have that talk with your brother. Not even your parents."

"Me neither. It just happened so quickly and we never really tried it before."

"You're practically an adult. You have to assume your responsibility as such."

"Yeah, I guess you're right." They went for a peck at the same time. Drake put his hand on her neck as they continued kissing each other.

"You just won't take off that necklace, will you?"

"Are you kidding me? This was my favourite gift of all."

"I'm glad you liked it."

"What are you going to do today?"
