Melody's Pov:
'So why did we have to be alone to tell me whatever it is you have to tell me?' I question.

'I love my team, they have protected me since the beginning and even supported me through my coming out but I don't trust them enough for this'

'Your gay?' I ask shocked.

'Problem?' He replies sternly.

'Course not! Why should I were all human, just shocked'

He smiles as his body begins to relax into the the metal chair.

'So you gonna tell me why am I here speaking to you or are we going to keep talking about your love life?'

'As I was saying...I need your help!' He sits up enthusiastically.

'With what?'

'Killing my brother' he states blankly.

'What?' I ask confused.

'Did I not say it loud enough? I want to you to help me kill my brother!'

Stunned from head to toe. Is he telling the truth or just trying to fool me? I search curiously at his face for any sign of lies but it is as straight as the moment he first walked in.

'You must be joking?'

'Never Ms Rose I want him dead and I can't do it on my own. I have tried before and almost got killed for it but I persuaded him it was just a misunderstanding' Penelope replies nonchalantly.

'Are you testing me? Is Lesley watching?'

'I promise you what I say is the truth!'

'But why?'

'I have told you a lot of things about myself Ms Rose but this I will not it's something I can't bring myself to do' he says as I feel the atmosphere drop dramatically.

'That's okay Penelope but I do need a bit of an explanation, I mean I have my reasons to kill him but I wouldn't that would mean putting my job and life at risk' . Not that I have much of one anymore.

'I understand that, that's why I was going to take full responsibility once it was done'

'How can you trust me enough not to tell him or anyone for that matter?'

'I can't but if you think about it what's the point in telling anyone? It will just make things more complicated then they already are'

I think it over and realise even if I do escape I have no one left who cares about me I pushed all those people away.

'You must promise that you will back me up and protect me when needed. Show me in a way that I can trust and believe that you will uphold the deal'

'Of course perfectly understandable I will get one of my men to draw up a contract if that will suffice?'

'I also want to do a blood oath however mine are a bit different from others you may have heard or read about' I reply dryly.

'Do tell?'

'If one person in the deal does not follow through the other has the right to kill them and the person who didn't follow through can't let anyone stop them or protect themselves'

'Oooh I like this how do we finalise it?'

'Well we sign the contract, cut our palms deep so that when we shake hands our blood will be shared between us and the deal is sealed' I state drifting of to the time I learnt it at school with the only friend I ever had. Billy.

'Okay then I will come back at some point tomorrow with the documents and knife' he smiles proudly at his job well done before escorting his men back into remove everything and leaving.

Once the metal door swings shut I am left alone in the pitch black, sitting on the worlds most back aching chair. Fun.

Bobby's Pov:
We walk through the door and the house feels eery. Quietly, I look around each room for any sign of change but luckily nothing. I plod to the bathroom to have a quick shower before bed but yet something still feels wrong.

***

Once dried I hop into bed relieved at the warmth of the bed covers. I drift off instantly...when something wakes me up. My eyes flutter open to see a red light shinning as bright as the sun directly into my eyes. Curiously, I follow the light towards a small corner of my room.

It's a small black ball with a dent at the front and a small dent at the side no bigger than a thumb nail. I notice that the small dent can be opened so I pull it gently; it's a memory card. Confused I walk over to my computer turning the brightness down to not wake Layla.

It beeps on showing the memory card is named Charleston. Inside is albums full of videos of me and Layla from at least four years ago. Dragging the mouse down I scramble to find a clue as to who set it up. All I find is a last opened by user...

PENELOPE

Whose Penelope? I feel my face cringe in fear, is there someone trying to kill me? Is this the agency that Melody works for? Is it Mr Faux?

After a few more moments of scrolling I take out the chip and hide it in the desk draw as well as smashing the camera as silently as possible.

I try to get back to sleep so I can show it to George but my head keeps spinning with ideas of whose camera it may be.

I give up in the end and begrudgingly walk down stairs to make myself something to eat. Staring down at the table  I notice my phone light up telling me it's 2:30 in the morning. Great. Looks like I won't be getting rest any time soon.

Once I have eaten my food I nervously ring George to meet.

'Mate sorry but I found something and I gotta show you it!' I yawn through the phone.

'Jesus Bob's can't you let me sleep!'

'Shhhh and sorry'

'Oh so Layla can sleep?'

'George just shut up and come round! I am the one with exhaustion who was put into hospital!'

'Fine!'

'See you in a bit!'

'Ugh'
