" You can go home now, Elena". Dr.Merideth says and we go home and enter my room I slowly drift to sleep with my baby my side and Stefan is downstairs
" Elena can't know". Rebekah says which makes me sneak downstairs and they kiss my heart is crushed in a million pieces
" Get out of my house". I shout at them and they look at me and then they look at each other and their draw drops
" How did you hear us". Rebekah asks and I laugh while rolling my eyes
" I'm a vampire Rebekah I can hear everything now get out of my house and Stefan leave". I yell and they leave the house. I slam the door and lay on the floor crying my eyes out.
" Elena". Jenna yells coming to me and she hugs me and i fall asleep in her arms
" I can't do this anymore, I can't keep going ". I say and she looks at me and Alaric runs up to us and the baby starts to cry
" I have to get my baby ".I say running up the steps and grab my baby and walk to the grill with Jenna Alaric and my baby Bella
" ELENA". Caroline and bonnie yells running up to me and I quickly wipe my tears and hug them with belly on the side of my hip
" What's going on with you". Bonnie asks and I look at Bella and then back up at bonnie and they look at me
" I caught Stefan and Rebekah kissing". I say with tears in my eyes and they look at me with sadness
" I'm so sorry El".They say and then Stefan walks in the grill and I put my head down so he doesn't notice me
" Elena I know it's you, it wasn't what it looked like". Stefan says and I start laughing and he gives me a blank stare
" Oh, so you weren't making out with one of my best friends ". I say rolling my eyes and grab Bella and run home. I set Bella on the bed and get dressed in(Pic below)

" Bella mommy has been having a bad day". I say and she giggles which makes me giggle and Jenna walks in
" Rebekah is here". Jenna says and my mood changes and I put Bella in her crib to take a little nap while I go downstairs.

" Elena honey where are you ". Jenna yells and I sit on the vanity to put makeup on.
" I'm upstairs I'm going to the grill I'm hungry and I'm taking Bella, you can come if you want". I yell from upstairs and get Bella dressed in a sweater and leggings with converse and I put her in her car seat. I drive to the grill with Jenna and Bella
" ELENA". Stefan yells and I go to a booth with Jenna and Bella and we sit down
" What do you want now Stefan ". I say and he looks down and looks at the baby
" Can you take the baby somewhere Jenna ". I ask and she nods and takes the baby to a park
" I'm sorry she just needed my help to get this part Elena I never meant to lose you I love you more than anything Elena". Stefan says and I look him in his eyes
" Its okay Stefan but please tell me next time". I say and he nods his head and he puts the ring back on my finger
" We are back". Jenna says holding the baby
" awe my baby". I say and hold Bella and Stefan smiles at me and Rebekah walks in. I look away from her
" Elena I'm really sorry". Rebekah says and I roll my eyes
