I walked quietly through the dimly lit room, it reminded me of the prison after the Governor's attack. Dark, empty, and the uncanny feeling that something bad had just happened.

I didn't have a plan. It was probably a mistake coming in here, but Kate was my sister. Even if this took me, at least I'd be with her again. We'd been through too much together for me to leave her behind.

"Keep walking!" A voice snaps.

"Please! Let me go!" Kate cries, her voice immediately recognizable for me.

"I said keep walking!" The man's voice once again yells. I duck down behind the table, watching as three people walk by. I knew one of them was Kate, she was being dragged by one of the men.

Once they were further away, Kate continuously pleading to be let go, I began to follow. I kept my strides long but smooth, my baseball bat ready to be swung.

"Keep her here, I've got a few things to grab," the same man speaks.

"Gareth please just let me go," Kate sobs, her frame being tossed to the other man.

"Just stay with Colby, sis," the man, Gareth, says and walks into the next room.

Gareth and Alex had definitely seemed to switch personalities.

The other man, Colby, hooked his arm loosely around Kate's arm. He kept her close, but enough to where he wasn't gripping her tightly. Gareth had shut the door, and I could hear him open then close another. My assumption was it was his room and he was checking every closet and the bathroom in there.

My heart was still restlessly pounding in my chest, but I took the slow and steady steps towards Colby.

"Psst," I let out.

Both Kate and Colby turn, coming face to face with the bat. Kate's eyes widen and she rips herself from Colby's grasp, dropping to the floor. Before he could yell, the metallic instrument soars through the air, a hard 'thwack' on his skull.

It was too loud. I reached down, pulling Kate up by her arm. She understood quickly and we began running down the hall we'd previously came from.

Kate and I fought hard, but together, through the yard of Terminus. I lead the way, repeating the steps earlier and jumping the fence the group had done. Once we're over the fence, we make eye contact.

"How the hell did you get in there? Let alone find me?" She asks, out of breath.

"Don't ask, just know mom is gonna kill me," I answer and she laughs.

We're quiet for a moment, looking the other over. Finally, we snap and rush into each other's arms.

"I'm so glad you're okay, thank you," she whispers.

"I missed you," I inform her.

"Everyone else, they're okay?" She asks.

I sigh as we pull apart and begin walking away from Terminus.

"Mom, dad, Rick, Michonne, Daryl, Bob, and Sasha were the only ones with me," I explain, "A few new people, too. But, I don't know about anyone else."

"I was with Rick and Michonne. Daryl eventually, too. I was so worried about them," she sighs, her hand messily running through her tangled hair.

"They said that. Everyone else, though," I trail off and she understandingly nods.

"Daryl said he was with Beth," Kate frowns, kicking at a stick in her way.
