A few months have passed since Yo had given Pha the divorce papers and officially 2 since their divorce was final. Pha ended up giving Yo $40 million on top of the house and the no contact order, despite Yo's protests saying he didn't want his dirty money. 2 days after Yo had surprised Pha with the divorce the news of his affair had leaked to the press, all thanks to Yo's father who wanted the man to suffer a little for what he did to his baby boy. It was a long road ahead but Pha was sure that as time passed it would all be forgotten, or at least something else would take its place. He had gotten May a 10 carat diamond, pure gold engagement ring the day after he was given those divorce papers and the moment they were signed he went out and married his mistress.

May was currently 4 months pregnant when she became Mrs Kongthanin and her children were all publically announced as his legitimate offspring. He had already had their birth certificates and last name changed but he wanted to make a public announcement so that people wouldn't mess with his family. During all this Pha's business suffered as some of the investors pulled out, not being able to trust him anymore. It wasn't easy but after about 7 years he was able to bring his company back to its former glory.

May wasn't stupid and knew he only married her to keep up appearances, and to keep her tied to him, but she was glad that she had his name as it carried some weight to it. Over the coming years May would give Pha an additional 10 children and all before she was 35, as she had a couple of sets of twins, and yet her husband still wasn't satisfied. She was currently 5 months pregnant with their 15th child and she was glad that her husband had been helping her through each one. He still wasn't in love with her but he gave his baby momma every thing she needed.

Just like he agreed Pha hadn't spoken a word to Yo since they both signed the divorce agreement. He was a little sad at times as he remembered the love they once shared but it never lasted long as he had all the love and happiness he needed with his family.

Meanwhile Yo was a different story. When the news of Pha's affair hit the tabloid magazines his life had become one massive stress ball. He was trying to cope with his studies while avoid the press at the same time and on several occasions he thought about locking himself in his room until it all blew over. Eventually the hype had died down and Yo was about to get back to a somewhat normal life.

Once the divorce with Pha was complete Yo went back to focus on his studies. He wasn't the least bit surprised to learn Pha had married May only a couple of days later, nor that they were expecting another little one on the way. During the next few years Yo put all his efforts into finishing his masters and getting his phd. By the time Yo was 29 he had successfully completed his phd thesis and was awarded his doctorate and was offered a 10 year research fellowship in the US. Yo jumped at the chance to start his life over and get the chance to explore a new country. He would be working in one of the top research facilities in the country and couldn't wait to start.

A month into his move Yo had met his neighbour, James, who had also gone through a divorce a few years ago, and was happy to have someone he could talk about it. Unlike Yo James had married a girl he met in college and believed she was the one. However when their relationship ended James had no idea it was coming. He had done everything for the woman he loved but she obviously wasn't satisfied as she up and left him one day for someone who was considerably more wealthy. Turns out she had been seeing the guy since just before they got married but at the time he was tied down so as punishment for the guy not immediately divorcing his wife she married him. It was heartbreaking to know the woman you loved, had planned to spend the rest of your life with had been playing with your heart all this time.

Yo and James had become close friends over time and the pair had slowly fallen for one another. This was a little scary for James as he had never fallen for a man before in his life. Up until now he could of sworn he was straight but Yo had opened his eyes to something so magical. A year into first meeting James had asked, rather nervously, Yo out on a date. He was unsure of what Yo's reaction would be but relaxed once he saw a large smile appear across Yo's face. Yo leaned in and planted a soft kiss on James' cheek as he agreed to the date. The 2 of them agreed to take it slow, wanting to make sure what they had was real and not just a passing fling. As the months passed by the couple had now been dating for 7 months and Yo was ready to introduce his boyfriend to his parents.

He knew they would be worried for him, scared that this could end just like his relationship with Pha, but to Yo this was different. He felt a much deeper connection with James and fully believed this man was his true soulmate. It was around christmas time when Yo invited James to visit his parents, who had long since moved back to Thailand. James was nervous to be meeting Yo's parents for the first time, especially after finding out how rich they were. He knew this would happen eventually but it didn't ease his nerves. However there wasn't much to be worried about as Yo's parents loved him. They could see the difference with James that they hadn't noticed with Pha. James loved Yo wholeheartedly and it showed in all his little actions. It was easy to see that Yo loved James just as much and they couldn't wait for their wedding.

When it came time to meet James' parents Yo wasn't as nervous because he had full faith in his relationship. The moment James brought Yo home to meet his parents they were surprised to see their son dating a man but welcomed Yo with open arms as they saw how happy he made their son. The love between these 2 men shone brightly that it was no surprise that a year and a half after dating James got down on one knee and proposed to Yo. The man was surprised but happy that the love of his life wanted to spend the rest of his life with him. He immediately teared up as he nodded his head.

6 months after the proposal Yo and James were pronounced husband and husband. and couldn't wait to see what the future had in store for them. As the years went by Yo had finally forgiven Pha for his hurtful actions and was now happy with someone who truly treasured him. Despite the pain Yo would go through it all again if it meant he would end up with James. James was the missing piece in his life and he was never going to let go.
