Party fails | Daniel Seavey

"Yo y/n you ready to go?" Daniel asks picking up his keys. "Yeah lets go" I say smoothing out my light blue dress. Christian runs down the stairs, in a black button up and jeans.
"You excited?" Daniel asks me as we get into the car.
"Eh, its just a party" I shrug.
"But you just turned 18! You can now be a party animal!" Christian says nudging me shoulder.
I shrug again.

"Aight we are here, get out band party girl" daniel says in a joking manner. I roll my eyes jokingly and get out the car.
"My lady" Christian says looping his arm with mine, Daniel doing the same on my other side.
We walk in and it's a decent sized party.
"Y/n hey!" Corbyn says coming over and giving me a hug.
"Happy birthday!" He congratulates me.
"Thank you" I smile.
"Do you know where Evie is?" I ask.
"Uhhh I think she went upstairs" Corbyn says.
"Ok thanks." I say walking off from the boys and towards the stairs.
I go straight to the room I know she'll be in, Jonah's bedroom.

Just as I turn the corner to get to Jonah's bedroom I hear something I hope didn't come from Jonah's room.
I knock on the door, no reply.
Ugh Evie its my birthday and you just have to be fucking your boyfriend. I open the door cautiously.
"Y/N!!" Evie screams in surprise. Ew ew ew ew. Evie has her legs wrapped around Jonah's waist as he pins her to the wall.
"Um ew." I shudder covering my eyes.
"Jonah can I have my best friend for a while and you can do, whatever the hell you want to do to her later?" I command rather than ask. I hear a moment of silence and then Evie unblocks my eyes.
"Later babe" Evie says leaving Jonah alone.
"How's the birthday girllll?" She asks.
"Evie you do know that it's illegal do to that with him, you are literally only seventeen" I say. She swats away the question and grabs a drink off the counter.
"Anyway, how does it feel to be 18?" She asked, sipping from her drink.
"I feel the same as I did when I wasn't 18" i say.
"Commmee ooooonnn" she rolls her eyes
"You gotta feel like a women now!" She laughs.
I laugh and roll my eyes at her stupidity. Just as she went to go sip her drink again Zachs hand came in and took it from her.
"Bro!" She says. Zach just laughs.
"You child, arent old enough for this" he says walking away with her cup.
"Zachhhhh!" Evie yells running after him. Lordy lord.

I take a seat at the counter by myself, scrolling through my phone. Ive never been the biggest fan of parties but I guess it isn't too bad. I turn in my seat and I watch as people dance and talk amount themselves.
"Hey pretty lady, can i get you a drink?"  A guy I dont know says taking a seat next to me.
"Hi?" I question
"You look like you need a drink, here" he says handing me a cup full of some sort of liquid.
"No thanks, I don't drink" I say pushing the drink away.
"Aww come on just one drink" he says trying to give the cup to me.
"I said no" I say getting up and walking away.

Deciding I need some air, I turn and go to the upstairs balcony. I open the glass doors to the balcony and stand by the edge, my hands on the delicate glass railing. Just as I feel relaxed a hand slips round my waist band, and my heartbeat speeds up. I turn around and see the guy from earlier.
"Please dont touch me" I say trying to push him away.
"Stop resisting" he says leaning towards me. His breath smells reeks of alcohol and cigarettes.
"Please get off me!" I say as he pulls me tightly towards him
"Shush I just wanna have some fun" He slurs.
"Stop!" I yell but he makes no move to stop.

"I believe she said stop" A voice says from the balcony doors. Daniel!
"Look mate piss off shes fine" The guy says, but as his grip loosens I make my chance to run from him. I run over to Daniel who embraces me in his strong hold.
"If the lady's says no it means no" Daniel says, I can tell he's fuming inside but he's trying to stay calm.
The man laughs "She was begging for it, I mean look at her" this was the last straw for him. Daniel's fist connects with the guys face, pushing him to the ground. I grab his hand making sure he didn't do anything else.
"Let's go home" I say resting my hand on the side of his face.

*at Daniel's house*

Daniel hasn't spoken a word since the incident, he's in an angry cloud. As soon as we got home he went straight to his bedroom and I've been contemplating going in for an hour. I finally knock on his door, opening it slowly. "Daniel?" I say, peeking through the door. There I see Daniel curled up in his bed. "Dani?" I say. He rolls over and stares at me, with a small, sad smile on his lips. "You ok?" I ask.

"Am I ok? Are you? You almost got raped tonight!" He says, getting angry not at me but at the guy. "Don't worry about it ok, no harm was done. See I'm perfectly fine" I say, twirling in a circle. "Yeah but what if I didn't get there in time? I could never live with the thought of someone hurting you like that" He admits. "But it didnt happen Daniel, so it's ok"

"It's not ok!" He says, sad tears in his eyes.
"Dani don't cry" I say rushing over to him to wipe his tears. He pulls me closer to him and wraps his arms around me.
"Y/n, I-I love you" WHAT?
"Daniel?" I question
"I'm sorry its the wrong time i-" I cut him off and crash my lips onto his.

"I love you too"  I say, pulling away from the kiss. "I've been waiting so long to do that." He says, before crashing his lips against mine again, his forearm holding him up on the bed and his other hand cupping my jaw.

I've been waiting so long for this, too..

(Bonus scene)

Jonah pins Evie up against the wall, kissing her passionately.
"Have you been drinking?" He asks, pulling away from the kiss.
"Uh no?" She questions rather than states. Jonah rolls his eyes and they go back to their intense makeout session.

Jonah revolves them off the wall and lays Evie down on the bed. He crawls up in between her legs amd kisses her again. He begins to kiss down her neck, earning small moans to come from the small girl.

( Let's just say they had a fun night after that ;))
