I hate you ~Jonah Marais~

*Y/n POV*

Jonah had been out all day, I don't know what's up with him lately but he's been out a lot and it makes me really sad. It's like he doesn't want to spend time with me. And to make it worse, my friends don't want to talk to me either and I'm all alone.

I look at my phone, it read 11pm and Jonah still wasn't home. Sighing, I get up from my place on my bed and throw on a hoodie and some shorts I switch the lights off and crawl under the silky covers. All I wanted right now was for Jonah to be here.

*the next morning*

I wake up and feel a heat source next to me. I open my eyes slightly and see Jonah asleep next to me. "Morning baby" I say kissing his cheek. He grunts and turns slightly so he is facing me. "Morning" he groans. "What time did you get in?" I ask. "Around midnight, I lost track of time over at Zachs place" he says, running a hand throw my hair. "You've been out so much lately" I pout. "I'm getting lonely"

Jonah smiles and kisses me "I'm sorry sweetheart, but I don't have any plans for today..how about we cuddle and watch movies mm?" He asks. I smile and nod in response and he turns on the tv, putting in my favourite movie, f/m/n (favourite movie name) we get comfortable and I relax as he wraps his arms around me. Jonah rubs my back gently as the movie starts and I smile in content. "Watch the movie not me darling" he laughs. I didn't realise I was staring. "Sorry" I laugh, turning to watch the movie. The movie wasn't long, maybe an hour and a bit so we decided to watch a few more and by the time we got to the third movie I was half asleep. "Go to sleep baby" he coos at me as I lull in and out of sleep. I hum and snuggle down further so that I am more comfortable. I feel Jonah kiss me on the head gently before I fall into a deep sleep...

"Yeah, I'll be here in ten" I groan and turn over to see Jonah putting on his shoes and pulling a jacket on. "You are leaving" I say, sitting up. "Baby, I'm sorry but the boys need me, it's an emergency" he grabs his keys and kisses me on the cheek before zooming out the room. "All alone again" I sigh, falling back onto the bed. I stare up at the ceiling for a good half an hour before I feel my phone vibrate. I pick it up and open Instagram. A picture titled 'having so much fun with the boys' comes up. It's a picture of all my friends plus Jonah, Zach, Daniel, Corbyn and Jack. An emergency huh. So much for trust. I wipe a stray tear from my eye I didn't know had fallen and get up out of bed. I put some shoes on and grab my car keys. I go out and start the car before driving off to the one place I know I will feel at peace, the park.

I sit on top of a small hill in the park and stare off as the sun begins to set. 'Incoming call from..JoJo' I sigh and throw my phone on the grass next to me and stare up at the sky. I know Jonah will come looking for me when he realises I'm not home but for now, I am going to enjoy the peace. "Y/n!" well there goes my peace. I grab my phone and stand up from where I was sitting brushing off the dirt the was stuck to my pants. "Y/n wait" Jonah says grabbing my arm. I snatch it back and turn to look at him, fury clear in my eyes. "Baby I'm sorry about lying it's just..well.." he was at a loss for words. "Not only did YOU lie to me but EVERYONE I KNOW!" I scream. "Baby please" he begs. "Shut up! Shut up shut up shut up!" I hit him in the chest as tears escape my eyes. "I hate you..I hate you" I cry. "I know darling I know" he says rubbing my back as I cry. "Do you guys really not want me around? Because if so I would prefer if you told me instead of lying to me" I cry/sneer. "No baby it's not that..the party that was a one time thing, you weren't invited because we were planning a party for you, f/n (friends name) was trying to make you jealous, we kicked her out as soon as we saw the post" he explains. "Party? For me? Why?" I ask. "Well I want going to do it this way but.." Jonah gets down on one knee and pulls out a little red box. "Y/n, will you marry me?' He asks. "Of course!" I yell jumping into his arms.

"All those times I was out late or I was out all day it was because I was ring shopping or planning an engagement party" he says. "I'm so stupid" I sigh. "No you aren't baby, you are perfect" he says, capturing my lips in a sweet kiss. " I'm sorry it had to be done this way, with all the fighting" he apologises. I smile and kiss him. "Come on, I'm cold and I want to go home and cuddle with my husband to be" I giggle. Jonah laughs and we go back home and cuddle for the rest of the night..
