"Omg omg omg i am sooooooo excited!" My bestfriend yells as we wait in line at the why dont we meet and greet. "why did I agree to come here?" I groan. im not atctually a fan of why dont we but my friend needed someone to go with so I agreed to tag along. I just underestimated the amount of screaming girls that are here. "alright you two ladies are up next" the security guard says, gesturing for us into the right direction. y/b/f/n (your best friends name) runs straight up to the 5 boys, hugging them tightly. I sigh and follow behind. "This is y/n, she came with me but she's not actually a limelight" y/b/f/n says. I shrug, I look up from the floor and my eyes lock onto a pair of icy blue eyes. "It's nice to meet you y/n" he says. I break eye contact with him, clearing my throat and looking to y/b/f/n. "I'll stand to the side while y'all take photos" I say leaving the small photo area. I watch the blue eyed one, watching as his face turns into a natural smoulder. He looks over to me and I quickly avoid his gaze, looking down at the floor. They say their goodbyes and we walk out. "Never make me do that again" I say nudging y/b/f/n she laughs and we head back to our apartment, the sun beginning to set in the distance.

*the next day*

"I'm going out, ill be back soon" I say to y/b/f/n before grabbing my house keys and leaving. I walk down the busy street, cars passing by and people walking at fast paces. I make it to the local coffee shop and I open the door, the bell jingling, signalling that I have come inside. "what can i get for you?" The barista asks. "Just a latte with two sugars please" I say, swiping my credit card. she nods and gets to work making my coffee.

A few moments later she hands me my coffee and I thank her before turning towards the exit. "Shit!" I yell as I bump into someone, my coffee spilling all over their shirt. "I am so sorry" I apologise.
"Its alright" the person says. wait, I know that voice. I look up and my eyes are met with the same icy blue eyes as yesterday. It was one of the boys from why dont we. "Im sorry about the coffee" I say. he shrugs and laughs it off.
"Its fine, I wasnt looking where I was going, it's my fault" He laughs.
"let me buy you another" He says.
"No no! It's fine you dont have to do that" I say but it's too late and hes ordering me another drink.

"here" he says handing my another drink. my cheeks flush red and I smile.
"Thank you, i'll pay you back" I say pulling out my purse.
"Its fine" he says, stopping me.
"But i feel bad, is there something else i can do to repay you?" I ask.
"spend the day with me" He says. I blush and nod. whats the worst that could happen?

He grabs my hand but i pull away.
"Wait, I dont even know your name" I say.
"It's Jonah sweet cheeks" He says winking before grabbing my hand and dragging me out the coffee shop.
"So, what do you do, like what's your job?" Jonah asks as we walk down the busy side walk.
"I'm a...performer i guess you could call it" I shrug.
"You arent like a stripper are you?" Jonah asks, his eyes suddenly filled with worry.
"No no! When I say I'm a performer i mean I'm a triple threat, so I act, dance and sing" I say.
"You do all three?!" He exclaims.
"Yeah" I say.
"Wanna show me some funky dance moves?" He giggles dancing slightly.
"Stop it" I say slapping his arm to stop him from dancing.
"Why?" He asks, still dancing as I walk next to him.
"It's embarrassing" I hiss at him
"Do some funky dance moves and ill stop" He says maliciously.
"Fine" I grunt, grabbing his hand and pulling him down a different road.
"Where ya takin me?" He asks. I glare at him and he laughs.
"The beach?" He questions as we come to a stop.
"Stay" I say to him. He salutes and I roll my eyes.
I stand infront of him and get into the beginning stance. I do a few pirouettes and he claps.
"That was sooooo coool" He laughs. A small laugh escapes my lips but i cover it up with a cough. Jonah goes and sits down on a ledge, looking at the sunrise. I go at sit next to him.
"I had fun today" I say to him.
"Really?" He asks his big blue eyes staring at me.
"Yeah, I am seem like a drag but I do know how to have fun" I say nudging him.
"I had fun too-" He says "-even if i barely know you" He laughs. I laugh before sighing and staring at the sunset.
"Hey y/n..." He whispers.
"Mm?" I say turning to look at him. His eyes meet mine and before i can do anything, his lips crash onto mine. I pull away, gasping.
"I-I'm sorry, I shouldn't have done that-"
"Jonah"
"-we only just met an-"
"Jonah!" I yell.
"I didnt say i hated it did i" I say.
"But you pulled away" He sighs.
"I was caught off guard." I explain.
"So if I said, y/n will you kiss me, would you?" He asks, his eyes filled with hope.
"Dunno, you wanna find out" I smirk.
"Kiss me" Is all I say before his lips crash onto mine.
