Let me make a summary of what is going on so far:
Zhan confessed to Yibo and Yibo lets him be his lackey, following him around.
Yibo takes Zhan for granted and slowly realises he loves Zhan after Zhan starts hanging out with Darren.
To make Zhan jealous, before they(Yibo and Zhan) got together and even after they got together, Yibo did many things with Emily to make Zhan think things and there was the kiss too.
Zhan left, heartbroken, with the impression that Yibo cheated on him and Darren had been there for him and after years, they naturally got together, even though both of them knows one part of Zhan's heart is reserved for Yibo (as said in Chapter 6).
The following chapters will show how Yibo takes Zhan back and I know your don't like seeing Darren and Zhan together but things will get better after Chapter 9!

"Darren..." Xiao Zhan called out as Darren shifted closer to him, cuddling him.

"Hm?" Darren replied,stroking Xiao Zhan's hair. The furthest they went before were 3 rounds, because Darren was afraid Xiao Zhan could not take it.

Xiao Zhan just smiled as he hugged Darren tightly "Who knew you could be like this"

Darren chuckled "Who knew you could go so hard for so many rounds" Xiao Zhan smiled "We're doing it again right?"

"Whenever you want, Zhan" Darren replied and Xiao Zhan looked up at him pouting too. "Whenever you want too. You're always only thinking of me. Think of yourself too. Were you even jealous when Yibo planked above me?"

Darren smiled and kissed Xiao Zhan. "Of course I was. Very." Xiao Zhan yawned and said sleepily "But you didn't show it..."

Darren kissed Xiao Zhan again "I don't want to chase you away with my jealousness" Xiao Zhan kissed Darren "You won't. If you're jealous I will love you even more"

Darren smiled "Alright. Then from now you have a very jealous boyfriend!" Xiao Zhan giggled "Mn! I have a very jealous boyfriend!"

Just like that, Yibo is once again buried into the depths of Xiao Zhan's heart, to the back of his mind. Little did Xiao Zhan know... a week later and he'll have to see Yibo almost every day.

Monday came and Xiao Zhan went to his school. He is a math teacher and got assigned to the school. It wasn't such a bad thing despite having happy and sad memories there.

However, who knew that Yibo would be a teacher too. And the head teacher in charge of the running club. Well, Xiao Zhan signed up for the assistant position without knowing that.

"Zhan..." Yibo called out but Xiao Zhan continued walking. Yibo ran in front of Xiao Zhan "Zhan!" Xiao Zhan stopped but did not look up at him.

"Zhan, spare me a minute, let me explain" Yibo said but Xiao Zhan sighed "Yibo, there's nothing to explain"

"There is! I-" Yibo started but was cut short by Xiao Zhan. "Stop. I don't want to hear it. I have moved on already."

Before Yibo could say anything, Xiao Zhan turned and left. Yibo pestered Xiao Zhan the whole day and Xiao Zhan couldn't take it anymore. "Wang Yibo! Stop it! This matter has passed and I have moved on, what else do you want?!"

Yibo was surprised by the sudden outburst. "Zhan... I just..." Yibo trailed off and Xiao Zhan continued "Just what? Want me back? Want me to follow you around, do whatever you want and be your slave again? Back then I was too in love to care or know but now I realised how stupid I've been!"

Yibo couldn't say anything. He couldn't deny the fact that for that 4 years, despite them being best friends, he treated Xiao Zhan for granted. He ordered him around and expected him to be at his beck and call.

Xiao Zhan walked out of the school just in time for Darren Wang to appear. Xiao Zhan quickly entered the car in a huff, angrily crossing his chest.

"Ooohhh, what made my bunny so angry? Zhan, you're so hot when you're fuming red" Darren teased. Xiao Zhan scrunched his face and looked at Darren with a 'You're ridiculous' face.

Darren smiled and hugged him with a kiss on the lip then drove off "So, are you telling me what happened?"

Xiao Zhan felt bad talking about these to Darren. But nevertheless he started "It's... Yibo. He's a teacher here too."

"Oh" Darren said and drove to the side to stop the car. Darren leaned over "Did he touch you? Or try to do anything to you?"

Xiao Zhan looked at him and chuckled "No, he didn't. Darren Wang, you're so hot when you're so jealous"

Darren shrugged "I'm a very jealous boyfriend." That made Xiao Zhan laugh along and Xiao Zhan continued "He wanted to talk. He said he wanted to explain."

Darren held Xiao Zhan's hand. "Maybe you should let him explain. Maybe he had reasons for doing so and wasn't cheating on you."

Xiao Zhan's eyes wavered and Darren smiled as he started driving again. "You know his character. The way he acts towards you is special despite how he always took you for granted."

"Sigh, isn't my very jealous boyfriend going to be very jealous if I talk to him?" Xiao Zhan teased and Darren shrugged "This very jealous boyfriend of yours just wanted you to clear any misunderstandings if there are."

Xiao Zhan then quietly whispered "What if my heart wavers after hearing his explanation?" Darren smiled "Zhan, then you can choose to follow your heart"

Xiao Zhan took his hand from Darren and crossed it over his chest. "Hmph, my boyfriend isn't being that jealous anymore. He needs to be punished."

Darren chuckled "And how should your boyfriend be punished?" Xiao Zhan pouted a little and placed his hand on Darren's lap, making Darren flinch. "My boyfriend hasn't given my the next time he previously promised"

Darren smiled "Oh, you were waiting for it? But Zhan, don't do this again or I might ignore where the car goes and focus on jumping on you"

Xiao Zhan giggled as he started rubbing his hand up and down Darren's thigh "Then what if I do this?" Darren immediately parked the car one side and turned to Xiao Zhan.

"That's a huge invitation and I'm taking it as you want to do it in the car." Darren growled back. Xiao Zhan mischeviously palmed Darren's groin "And we haven't tried it in the car before right?"

Darren chuckled "Well, Zhan, get to the back of the car right now."
