Chapter 8

Anna POV

I woke up to Jungkook peppering kisses along my jaw and neck, I tilted my head and granted him more access to my exposed skin.
I smiled. 
"Good morning kookie" 
"Good morning noona" he practically purred in my ear giving me goosebumps, I nuzzled into him as he kissed my cheek, he squeezed my body tight to his letting me feel his erection pressed against my thigh.

"I could wake up like this every morning" he confessed with a smile against my skin, I felt butterflies as the same ache in my core came back thinking about what almost happened last night, I gasped at the realization

"What's wrong?" He asked concerned 
"Kookie..I'm so sorry" 
"I told you last night to not be sorry..I know you don't have feelings for me. And I think it might help you feel better to know that even though I have a small crush on you..I'm not in love with you. It's not heartbreaking to know that you don't return my feelings" 

I nodded at his words 

"Are you sure?"
"I am one hundred percent positive" he smiled "there's a big big difference between a lustful crush, and being in love" 
"That's true.."
"My feelings for you are nowhere near as strong as your feelings for Tae..but that doesn't mean I'll stop trying to make you feel good" 

I laughed at his honesty 

"Look at you acting so grown up in the morning" 
"My attitude isn't the only thing that's grown up noona" he joked as he pressed his crotch to my leg making me blush and let out a giggle 
"I know you don't want to use me noona..and I appreciate the sentiment..but please for the love of god just use me. Even if it's just this once" he begged as he kissed my neck and nipped at the skin 
"Can you promise me things won't change?" I asked nervously

What the fuck are you doing..

"I promise" he kissed my lips 
"I don't know Jungkook.." 
"I won't force you..just know my body is here to do your bidding" he ghosted his hand over my pantyline making my thighs clench.
He smirked at my reaction.
He slid his hand into my underwear and started sliding his finger up and down my slit "fuck..you're so wet" he whispered as our lips met again, he started to circle my clit with his finger making me jolt and let out a moan, my body was reacting to him..but my mind was with Taehyung.
I gently pushed on his chest 

"Stop.." I let out shakily, he immediately pulled his hand from my underwear 
"What's wrong?"
"I can't.. I'm so sorry Jungkook" I started to cry, he held me tight and let me cry into his chest 
"Don't be sorry, I understand. Noona, I really do understand..just breathe okay? I'm not mad or upset" 
"Are you sure?"
"I'm positive" he kissed my forehead and let me cry it out on his chest
"I might not be in love with you, but I care about you a lot. I want you to be happy, and I want to fix this for you. I won't pressure you" 
"Thank you kookie" I kissed his lips again, we laid there for a while before we decided to get up and have breakfast.

We went back to laughing and goofing off like we hadn't been mere moments away from tearing each other apart like wild animals. 
I was relieved. 
I needed to confess to Tae before things get even messier. 
Once we were done eating and talking I asked him to drive me home, I was in a rush to get home to Tae and talk to him about my feelings. We parked in the parking lot of our apartment complex and he turned to look at me
"If anything happens just call me okay?"
"I will..thank you again Kookie, for everything" 
"Of course" he smiled "now, go get your man" he laughed making me smile, I leaned over and pecked his cheek before getting out of the car.

I rushed into the apartment and called out for Tae but he didn't answer, I opened his door and his bed was made, I opened my door and found my bed a mess. He probably slept in my room by himself while I was basically dry humping Jungkook on his sofa.
I walked into the kitchen and found waffles on the table with nutella and strawberries as well as a bouquet of flowers. There was a handwritten note next to them

I smiled as I walked towards the bathroom and got a shower, I got dressed and checked my phone

Tae♡: I have work today..I hope you have a good day..I'm so sorry about yesterday. I love you Anna

I didn't respond, I just smiled like an idiot as I pranced around the house.
I decided to make us dinner, a little peace offering.
I worked my ass off in the kitchen to make a giant dinner for the two of us.
I need to confess to him. A sudden knock at the door caught me off guard, I looked through the peephole and saw Jimin standing there, I opened the door and smiled 

"hey chim" 
"Hey" he smiled as I let him in 
"What's up?"
"Uh, not much. Just stopped by to check on Tae"
"He's at work" I smiled, I noticed his eyes go wide for a moment before he fixed his gaze elsewhere
"What is that smell?"
"I'm making dinner for Tae and I.. I have to talk to him when he comes home" he nodded "I think I need to tell him I'm in love with him" 
He smiled
"it's about damn time one of you manned up to do it" he chuckled making my eyes wide 
"What?"
"He's in love with you too" he smiled
"Get the fuck out of here" I laughed and shoved his shoulder 
"I'm serious Anna. You should have seen the way he was yesterday after everything went down.." he frowned 
"Oh.." 
"But it looks like you two made up" he joked as he pointed at his neck, I grabbed my neck where Kookie had marked me 
"Um..that's not from Tae.." I bit my bottom lip 
"Oh..so..you and kookie..?"
I shook my head "almost..but I couldn't do it. I can't keep trying to avoid my feelings for Tae" 

He smiled wide at my words 

"Good, he'll be relieved" 
"Was he really that worried?"
"Big time. He said he would accept it..but it hurt him to think about it" 
"Oh.." butterflies launched themselves in my stomach 

He really loves me back? 

"Well, I'll get going. Good luck Anna" he hugged me, I hugged him back and watched him leave. I finished cooking dinner with a smile on my face and feeling more determined. I decided to text Tae and lie, I told him I wouldn't be home tonight, I'm hoping that when he walks in he'll be surprised by the dinner I prepared. I decided to put on a nice dress and do my hair and make up. 
I will not pussy out tonight.
