Marks pov

I held my breath when Johnny finished explaining... well everything. The whole different dimensions, how we got here. Lucas was definitely confused when he figured out I'm not usually a cat hybrid.

"That's one hell of a story." I don't think Lucas believed us. I mean fair enough we have a really absurd story.

I guess we could just prove it to him like I had to do with Taeyong. "We can show you." We could just hop over to are dimension, switch clothing a little or bring something new with us, and bam, proof.

Chenle seemed to like the idea of us proving the portal thing. "I want to see how the portal works!" I mean he's always excited, he's a husky.

"I guess that's fine, but if you two are lying I'm sending you to therapy." I guess that's understandable. I feel like a mental ward would make more sense though.

"I'll have the people at the stable get us two horses ready." Once Lucas started walking out the room Chenle ran to catch up with him.

Johnny and I froze when there was a sudden flash of light. Chenle turned into a dog. Can I do that?

Chenle must have realized we weren't following since he ran back into the room after a few seconds. We seemed to break out of our daze when Chenle barked at us.

We followed the boy... Dog? Oh God what do I even call him.

"Well this is the lake were I found Mark" I waited for Johnny to get off the horse before I got down. I still wasn't good with the whole horse thing so I usually needed Johnny to catch me.

For such a modern world I'm surprised they still sometimes travel by horse. I mean the path to this place can get narrow so I guess you can't really drive a car to here.

But like don't they have motorcycles? Hell bikes would have maybe made more sense than horses.

"We'll be back in a few minutes. We'll bring back something to prove we actually went somewhere." I feel like we've already explained this to them.

I guess I did have a change of clothes in my bag so I could change my clothing. Johnny though didn't really have anything.

I mean he's wearing a tank top and jeans. If anything at most he may have had a jacket but maybe taken it off.

"Sweetheart don't zone out. come on let's go." I grabbed Johnny's hand we walked into the water. It got deep pretty fast so we were able to start diving pretty fast.

Once I felt a current started pulling us I knew we got to the portal. I really can't believe there's a portal out here at the beach.

I mean usually these things are mirrors. So can a portal be made anywhere? Wait who makes these things?

I gasped for air when we broke the waters surface. I instinctively held on to Johnny when we both got up. I felt bad for making him do all the work, but he didn't seem to mind carrying me.

Once we got to shore we got out the water. I felt my head, no cat ears. "Aww, I'm gonna miss those on you."
Oh God of course Johnny liked the cats ears.

I rolled my eyes and just started heading for my stuff. Thank God this place in the middle of nowhere. Leaving stuff out isn't really an issue because of that.
