Kissed by the sun, loved by the moon,
Fell to the earth a little too soon.
Wings now broken, halo now lost,
Poor little thing, sad eyes now glossed.
She loved and she fell, got hurt and bruised,
Society laughed, what little would they lose?
Tears flooded, whimpers and cries,
Still nobody cared, they didn't even bother with lies.
She couldn't do it, not anymore,
She was finally ready, ready to end this war.
Footed at the edge, trying to stand tall.
But if angels could fly,
Why did she only fall?
