Alicia rubbed her hands over her face, tired. She picked up her phone and saw his nickname flash across the screen, causing her to smile.
ACCEPT/ decline
"Aaron?" She croaked. Aaron figured she was only half awake.
"I'm sorry for waking you up, I didn't know.." he sounded sad. She frowned.
"It's theee in the morning.." she murmured. "What's wrong..?"
"I couldn't sleep, I'm sorry." His fingers moved to end the call, but she stopped him.
"Wait.. I'm confused.. you couldn't sleep? What happened?" Alicia ribbed the exhaustion out of her eyes and sat up straight in the hotel bed.
"Can I come inside?" Aaron asked her. He couldn't help but feel like he was over stepping, but she was the reason he was sleepless.
She smiled slightly, subconsciously tucking a strand of hair behind her ear. "Are you the source of the werid shuffling noise outside my door?"
"Uh... no..?" She giggles at the way his voice went up.
Alicia pulled herself out of the bed and walked to the door, phone still in hand. She opened it to see Aaron leaning aginst the doorframe, eyes nearly closed . His head jerked up when he saw her. Laughing quietly, she gently took his arm and pulled him into her room.
