♡ XXII ♡

Tony pov. 

I didn't get much sleep last night. Between not being able to get comfortable and the babies shifting i was wide awake. The memories of yesterday's tapes kept replaying in my head. Why didn't i remember these things?

 Surely i would have remembered since i remember everything that my father has done to me and the alma-maters that he has subconsciously embedded into my brain. A soft knock then came to the door making me sigh. 

As I unraveled myself from Steve's arms i got a couple of kicks protesting it. "I know, i was comfortable too." I say to the babies rubbing the side of my belly a bit. I slowly pushed myself up from the bed and waddled over to the door opening it. 

"Um, Go-Good Morning." The smaller teenage boy who i identified as Finn stuttered softly. "Morning Finland, whats up?" I asked with a sigh. "Mom asked if-if you wanted to finish the-the tapes today, just to get them over and-and done with." He mumbled with a small smile as i let out a small yawn. 

"And am-am sorry for waking you up-up." He added with a sheepish smile. "It's okay, i was technically already up. Tell Nat were coming in a bit." I say as he gave me a slight nod before disappearing down the hall. 

I only sighed before closing the door and turning around to be met by those big blue ocean eyes. "Hey." He whispered as i made my way over towards him. 

"Hi." I greeted as i sat on the edge of the bed. "How are you feeling?" Steve asked before he sat up and gave me a kiss on the cheek. "Am okay, i just didn't much sleep last night." I mumbled sadly.

 "Tones honey, what did i tell you about waking me up when things like this is happening?" The blonde asked rubbing circles into my back, I only sighed. "I know that you tell me to wake you up but i didn't want to disturb you." I said making Steve scoff. 

"I know your still afraid that anything could break our marriage, but then was then now is now. You ask for thing i'll do it." He said with a smile. 

"If you tell me to get up at 3 in the morning because your craving shawarma i will go out and get it for you. If you want a back rub whiles your in press conference i will do that. If you want sex in a mall bathroom because your horny i will do that." He exclaimed with a huge smile, I only chuckled at the comment.

 "So even when you can't fall asleep for whatever reason. No matter the time I will help you." I then nodded as i rest my head on his shoulder. "Whenever you can't sleep again please tell me." He said softly as i simply nodded once more. 

"We should head to the common room. I think everyone is waiting for us." I say before Steve helped me get up from the bed. Steve then linked our arms as we walked to the common room. I was right, when we got there everyone was waiting for us.

"Morning." I say with a small smile getting greeting's from everyone. "Good morning Anthony." Thor announced sporting a huge smile. "Morning Thor." I say as Steve as i found our place on the couch. Natasha then handed me the three tapes.

 "Are you ready?" She asked as i handed her the VHS tape that was 2 months after the one we watched yesterday."Of course." I mumbled before she nodded and put the tape into the player. "Alright guys, here we go again." Nat said as she sat next to Finn and un-paused the recording.
