XXXIII

Steve pov. 

Tony and i stayed up after that. It was not long before the team came at the crack of dawn. Its now 10 and Tony hasn't stop crying since. He didn't even care when he had to breast feed in front of the team. He also hasn't spoken a word which make me think that he went back on the no talking spree. It scares me when he does that. I know that he is truly hurt and there is nothing anyone can do about it. When the door opened revealing a sleeping baby in Dr. Cho's hands Tony didn't smile yet he frowned more. 

"What's wrong with him?" Tony ask as Dr. Cho passed Peter to him. "He is sicker than we thought." She said sadly, i could immediately feel concern in the air as everyone looked between Peter and Tony. "He seems to have the same sickness as Steve before the serum." It was then that my heart sank into my stomach. This is my fault, how could i be so stupid to believe that it wasn't. "W-What." I whispered softly in not a question way. She only nodded. "The only difference is that he also has Arthritis, Juvenile Idiopathic Arthritis to be exact." She said as Tony immediately looked down as Peter who simply sported a big smile. 

"Arthritis, like Arthritis?" Tony asked as he voice went up in pitch on the last part. He then looked up at Dr. Cho who simply nodded. "What does this have to do with last night incident?" Thor asked suddenly. "Well it doesn't, but the reason for the incident last night was caused by his asthma. Reason why it happened we don't know." She said as i sighed. Tony only nodded as he looked back down at Pete. "So when are we cleared to go home?" I asked remembering the nursery and eyeing the carriers that Nat brought in. "Today, you can start packing up now. I'll go and get a wheelchair for Tony." She said before walking out of the room. 

"You really scared us last night Pete." Tony whispered giving him kisses. "Is the car ready?" I asked Natasha who simply nodded. "Yup." She said before standing up and walking to Morgan's tray holding Morgan's hand. It was not to long before Dr. Cho wheeled in the wheel chair and helped us dress the babies. Because it's December it's now quite cold outside. Am surprised that it hasn't snowed yet. Peter of course protested as Tony put him down and buckled him into the carrier but that was until Tony pushed a cute elephant pacifier into his mouth. "If i may ask is there any paparazzi out there?" Tony asked worried and the team shook there heads yes. He only sighed as he sat in the wheelchair and covered himself in his grey weighted blanket. 

"Alright lets go." Dr. Cho said as i lifted Harley and Peter. Bucky took Morgan and Juniper as we rolled down the halls. Many doctors and nurses stopped to smile at the babies. As soon as we neared the door we saw Happy standing outside of a big black jeep as Shield agents held back the crowd. The crowd buzzed with questions trying to get Tony's attention and pictures of the babies but Tony ignored them as Bucky and I snapped the babies carriers into the car. Tony quickly got into the car too as i joined him on the other side. We both closed our door as Happy hopped into the car wearing a smirk. 

"Congratulations Boss." Happy said playfully. "Thanks Happy, i hope you missed me." Tony replied with a smile on his face. "Of course i did." Happy responded before him and Tony shared a laugh. He then put up the divider giving Tony and I some privacy. Tony immediately directed his attention to Morgan who coo'd happily as she looked out of the back window. "These kids are going to be the death of us." He mumbled as Peter immediately grabbed onto his finger. "Yup." I say as i look over to Juniper who was happily bobbing her blue pacifier.

Tony pov.

It was not long before we arrived to the tower. Steve carried two of the babies while i did the same using my magic to hold the other two. It seemed like the team got here before us somehow. "So Tiny, we have a surprise for you." Bucky said getting up out of Sam's lap. I then looked at him confused as Steve and i rest the carriers on the couch unbuckling the babies and stripping them from their coats. "A surprise?" I say as Steve handed me Peter and Harley. "Yeah, you know how we didn't end up throwing you a baby shower?" Nat asked standing up from her spot on the couch. 

"Yeah, but that wasn't your fault the Red Dust thing happened." I said as everyone nodded. "True, but we thought to give you something better than a baby shower." Loki said as he motioned for us to follow him. Loki lead us to the guest bedroom that was next to Steve's and I bedroom. The door had glow in the dark stars on it as i looked back to Steve who gave me a goofy smile and a playful shrug. 

"Welcome to the nursery." Loki said as he opened the door revealing the room. I only gasped as i looked at it. The walls were painted a light shade of gray as the ceiling had the same glow in the dark stars on it. The were four cribs. On the right hand side is a red crib with Peter's name painted onto it. Next to his was a Blue crib with Harley's name painted onto it. Both cribs rested on a soft pink rug. On the left hand side is a gold / yellowish crib with Morgan's name painted onto it. Next to hers is Juniper's crib which was a lavender color with Juniper's name painted onto it. Both cribs laid on a soft blue rug. 

The curtains were white with different types of animals on it. In the corner by Peters bed laid a white rocking chair. And in the corner by Morgan crib laid a black rocking chair. "Guys." I breathed out as tears pricked my eyes. "Go ahead explore the room." Nat said as i slowly walked into the room. I slowly rest Harley in his crib as he had kittens hanging from his mobile. I quickly walked over to the white walking chair sitting in it as i held Peter close to my chest. "Guys." I repeated again still not finding any words. 

"This is so nice of you all." I mumbled wiping the rouge tears away. "It's the least we can do after we stressed you out all through your pregnancy." Nat said as Steve rest both Morgan and Juniper in there respective cribs. "I washed the sheets by hand, then in the washer just to make sure that they were clean." Bucky said with a smile. "And all of the materials you need for them is in the closet including the changing tables." Sam said gesturing towards the walk in closet. 

"We-We made sure to stock th-this room out with books a-and toys including stuff animals to-to make it comfortable." Finn stuttered out as he gestured to the bookshelf and closet. "Now Bucky it's your turn." Nat said making Bucky blush wildly. "Nat!" I whispered shouted. "I know- i know. You need some time." She mumbled as she went ever to Juniper. "I cant wait till they start walking and talking." She said as i sighed. "Yeah i cant wait." I say as i looked down at Pete who was smiling happily in my arms despite the pain he's in. 

"Tony sweetheart." Steve said as he walked towards me. "Yeah?" I asked as he got down on one knee in front of me. "I know that our life has been a mess. And i feel like its a good time to tell you this-" With that he took a red velvet box out of his pocket. "Steve." I mumbled as he smiled. Gasps was heard from the team as they watched. Steve then opened the box revealing my ring, that was now modified. Instead of the regular gold band it had 6 white diamond's lined on top of it. 

"I know you wouldn't have wanted any thing flashy but the diamonds represents us and the babies." He said as i looked down at the ring. 6 diamonds. Me, Steve, Peter, Harley, Juniper, and Morgan. The people i love most in my life. "So i just wanted to ask, Tony Edward Stark. You are the light of my life and the wind in my sail." Steve said causing me to chuckle. "That's cheesy." I mumbled as he nodded giving me a goofy smile. "You are the breathe that breathe and the one who i will always love." He say as i glanced to the team who all wore bright smiles on their faces. 

"I know that all through your pregnancy i was an ass and i can admit that. But now-" He then sighed. "Now i swear to you that i will love you and the babies for as long as i shall live." He exclaimed before placing a bright smile on his face. "So with that. Tony Edward Stark would you please take me back as your loving husband and the father of your children?" He asked as i gave him a nod. 

"You bet your americas ass i will." I say with a smile as the team clapped and whooped in the background. Steve then slipped the ring onto my finger, the ring that bonded us. I quickly put Peter down in his crib as i brought Steve in for a kiss. It was slow and full of love, you could easily see that it spoke a thousand words. Steve then disconnected us before placing a small smile on his face. "I Love you Tony and-" He then took my hands in his making sure to rub his thumb over the ring that he placed there couple seconds ago.
