Ginugol ko ang natitirang oras sa panonood ni Wyatt mag-practice ng Basketball sa Court. Natapos nang maaga ang klase namin kaya may natitira pa akong isang oras bago mag-alas singko. Naiirita na ako dahil 'di talaga maka-shoot si Wyatt. Mabuti at 'di masyado marami ang nanonood.

"Wyatt, come here!" tinawag ko siya. He quickly dropped the ball after looking at me.

Wyatt immediately ran towards me while catching his breath. Tumatalbog pa ang buhok niya dahil sa hangin. Umirap ako. Akala mo naman, magaling talagang maglaro.

"What, Zuri?" bungad niya sa akin bago uminom ng energy drink. Naghalukipkip ako at pinunasan ang noo niya gamit ang panyo. I heard the Elitians subtle squeals and whispers. Ipinagpatuloy ko ang ginagawa kahit naiirita na sa reaksyon nila.

"You're so damn bad at basketball!" napasimangot ako.

Wyatt chuckled and wiped the sweat trickling down his forehead, kaya itinigil ko na ang ginagawa.

"Anong hindi magaling? I'm still improving but not necessarily bad."

Napaikot ang mga mata ko, "Pwedeng huminto ka ka na lang? You're embarrassing me or whatever!"

Kunwaring nainsulto siya sa sinabi ko ngunit humahalakhak pa rin sa huli. He patted my head before putting down his energy drink on the bench.

"I just want to exercise, Zuri. You're too harsh. Pumikit ka na lang diyan!"

Wyatt kept smiling to me and the girls who still kept cheering despite his amateurism! Nagawa pa nitong kumindat bago bumalik sa court.

I sighed and shook my head. Fine, Divinagracia. Embarrass yourself all you want.

Inaliw ko na lamang ang sarili sa paninitig ng ibang tao. They're all watching Wyatt and his dumbass skills. I was hoping that my other cousins were here para 'di lang ako ang mapahiya sa kahibangan ni Wyatt.

Nagbuntong-hininga ako bago ibaling ang mga mata sa kaniya. However, I almost slapped my forehead when I saw him attempt for a slam dunk. Halos mapapikit ako. Hindi ko na 'to kaya!

Can he just stick to singing or playing instruments? Doon siya magaling at hindi sa paglalaro ng Basketball!

My eyes began to wander around the court, absolutely terrified that Privo might visit and conclude that Wyatt is a major flop!

Pero ano naman ang pakialam ko sa paningin niya sa amin?

I sneered and crossed my arms. Of course I care! Who doesn't care about other people's opinion? Only pretentious lads!

Muntik na akong tumili sa saya nang makita sina Divina, River, at Zach na papunta sa inuupuan ko. All the embarrassment that has been eating me up suddenly turned irrelevant. I mentally clapped. Kahit nandidito pa si James Dean ay 'di na ako mahihiya pa!

The other Divinagracias are here which means that I'm practically invincible!

Zach and River gave some handshakes to other guys who are watching Wyatt on the bleachers kaya nauna tuloy si Divina sa pwesto ko.

"What's with the face, Divina?" pambungad kong tanong. Nakasimangot kasi siya tapos magkasalubong pa ang mga kilay.

"Nothing... wala lang ako sa mood. I don't think that you should talk to me." Umupo siya sa tabi ko bago nagbuntong-hininga. I sighed, too. Typical things in life.
