chapter seven

The alarm clock woke me up from my deep slumber, I checked the time to see it was past six o'clock.

I was still taken aback, with my encounter with Xavier yesterday, when I went to check on my dad.

I realized he didn't come home yesterday, that's strange because this was the first time he had done something like that.

Oh my gosh! I forget today is Monday which means I had school again today, I quickly ran upstairs to my room.

Took a quick shower brushed my teeth and got dressed, I then realized my dad was not home.

Which means I would have to take the bus I groaned slightly cause I had five minutes to reach the bus stop.

When I got to school i was already five minutes late for my first class, which was physics.

I was quite lucky cause the teacher hasn't come yet, I hate being the center of attention.

The teacher was saying something about, the spontaneous disintegration of the nucleus of an atom.

I wasn't really paying attention,my thoughts were all about Xavier, I was still confused about why he left yesterday.

After i was able to feel my touch, I was interrupted from my deep thought. When i heard the teacher calling my name.

"Miss limah" the teacher said

"I can see you aren't paying attention I guess you already know what am teaching"

"That's why you aren't paying attention" he added firmly.

"So can you tell us three example of radioactive element"The teacher asked.

my heart was beating really fast now, cause all eyes were on me now, and I hate being the center of attention.

I was quite lucky cause I knew the answer to the question, "radium, thorium and polonium" I replied while stuttering slightly.

"Good you can have your sit".

I turned around too see Zayn smiling at me.

I didn't even know Zayn was there all along, I smiled back before taking my sit.

During lunch break I was on my way to the cafeteria, when I heard someone yelling my name.

I turned around,and saw Zayn running towards me.

"Hey come sit with me and my friends for lunch"

"Okay" I replied smiling, when we got to the table which I assume was Zayn's table, I was met with three pairs of eyes staring intently at me.

"Meet my friends Louis, Niall and Liam".

"Hey," a boy with a golden hair color said.

"Im Niall Horan" he added while waving at me.

I could sense that Irish accent, in the way he speaks and it seems kinda of cute I thought to myself.

"Hi am limah E Norman" I replied shyly.

"I am Louis" said the boy who sat down close to Niall, he has light brown hair and sea green eyes he is quite handsome"

"thanks" I heard him say.

"Oh my gosh did I just say that out loud"

"yeah" Zayn replied chuckling, my cheeks were already bright red from blushing so hard.

"Liam" I heard the one with brown hair and warm brown eyes say, while waving at me.

"Hi" I said in return.
