It's Only In My Head, As I Roll Over And Play Dead

     The next day the girls were getting ready to go backstage to see the boys perform. Jessica stayed in bed.

“Are you ok Jesse?” Caitlin asked placing her hand on her side. The girls stood by her. Jessica rolled over.

“Yea, I’m just tired. You guys go ahead and have fun. I’m just gonna go to bed early.” They all had a sad face.

“But it’s no fun without your crazy ass jumping around.” Jessica smiled at Caitlin’s words.

“I’ll catch the next one I promise.” She smiled. Caitlin smiled back and brushed her hair back.

“Alright sweetie, feel better ok.” Jessica nodded and rolled over. Hedda just looked at her slightly upset. She knew what was happening. They all left her.

“Where the hell is red?!” Tre asked.

“She’s going to sleep on the bus. She doesn’t feel good.”

“AWWWWW. JEZZUZ! Eh I hope she feels better.” Tre smiled.

“Yeah.” Billie added. “Well we got a show to do so LETS DO IT!” They all ran toward the stage. The girls stopped at the side.

Half way through the show Billie stopped in the middle of East Jesus Nowhere. “ALRIGHT! Someone is getting saved.. Tonight!” he pointed down to the stage. “Question is WHO?!” He paced back and forth looking around till the girls caught his eye. He marched too them and pulled Bella by the hand.

“Oh dear god Billie please no.” she was so nervous as she was exposed to the crowd. It was much bigger than what they could see from the side. She looked to the side to see Caitlin and Hedda cheering her on. She couldn’t hear them for the screaming crowd. She went to run in fear but Billie quickly snatched her up.

“Oh no you don’t!” The girls watched as he carried her to the center. He had her wave her arms in the air. She started to loosen up a bit. They crowd seemed to turn into just a big blur of people. She didn’t see each of them individually now which made her more calm. The girls saw Billie say something in her ear, and she nodded and lowered her arms looking straight ahead. She gulped. “This here is Bella Reid! And she’s my VERY best friend!” she started smiling. He placed his hand on her for head and sang “A fire burns today, a blasphemy in genocide. The sirens of decay will infiltrate Belllllllahhhh.” He poked her nose smiling then put his hand back to her forehead. There was a second of silence as Billie and Bella smiled at each other. Caitlin and Hedda had no idea what was going on. He hadn’t done this in the other concerts.

“1 2 3 4!” Tre yelled.

“YEEEAAAHHHHHHHHH!” They watched as Bella fell backwards to the ground then Billie stood over her and bent down playing guitar. Her eyes were shut. The girls cheered when it was done. Billie smiled helping Bella up. she was smiling in excitement. “Thanks again to Bella! Everyone!” He clapped and the crowd cheered. “Now get back there and make me a sandwich!” She looked back at him with a raised eyebrow. “I’m kidding please don’t kill me. But seriously what’s for dinner?” She smiled and yelled tacos.

 “Fuck yeah!” Mike said in his mic. She stepped back to the girls and Billie continued playing.

“Oh my god that was awesome!” Hedda said to her. She still seemed a bit in shock.

“What was it like up there?” Caitlin asked.

“Holy sh- I’m still shaking!” she held her hand out. “At first, nerve wrecking. There’s like a BILLION people out there!” she pointed back with big eyes. “Like more than we can see!” She said smiling.

“Awesome!”

When the show was over it was late. That all went back to Billie’s bus and Bella made tacos as promised. Jessica stayed in bed the whole time. She was wearing different pajamas and there was a towel that had red dye on it. Hedda figured she had gotten up only to take a shower then lay back down.
