"Where did you go, Dahyun?" Nayeon welcomed Dahyun with a question. She wasn't even inside their dorm yet but Nayeon's been waiting for her at their dorm's entrance. Dahyun didn't think ahead about that. She found herself searching for an alibi.
Apparently, it took her too long to answer that everything she will say will sound like a formulated lie. Nayeon is still eyeing her carefully.
"Are you dating?" Nayeon asked. The straightforward question caught Dahyun off guard.
"No. What made you think that?" Dahyun answered defensively.
"Hmm.. where did you go then?" She pried.
"Somewhere. With a friend." Dahyun answered as calmly as she could and gave Nayeon a smile. Nayeon still looks at her with suspicion but nodded nonetheless.
"As your unnie, I just want to remind you before Jihyo does that we have a three-year ban from dating after debut." Nayeon snaked her arms around her shoulder as she went inside Dahyun. The latter just chuckled, not really bothered by the subtle warning of her member because she was not dating anyone anyway.

Dahyun excused herself to go to her room after dinner. Jimin accompanied her until the bus stop. He insisted on bringing her straight to their dorm but she refused. Good thing she did because she won't know how to answer the interrogations of her members if that happens.
When she was finally alone, Dahyun sighed. She let herself fall face first in her bed. She's wondering if she's being too careless. It was not her intention to be close to Jimin. She's content being in the same world as him, being on par with him. However, they kept crossing paths lately. It wasn't like they're seeing each other on purpose so she does not need to feel guilty.
Remembering her day, she sank her face in her pillow. She doesn't regret going with Jimin. It might seem too bold of her to go with an idol in an amusement park but she reassured herself that it was just to return the favor she was given.
Right. It wasn't a date, Dahyun. You just accompanied him because you owe him. Yep, it's not a date.
Dahyun sat up to finally change when she noticed the package in her bedside table. She forgot to open it because their recent practices exhausted her so much. She grabbed the package and started unwrapping it. It was a book.
Dahyun realized it was the book that she grabbed in the bookstore at the same time as Jimin. Her brows furrowed. She tried to check the package to know where it's from but there's nothing indicated. Just then, a note clipped inside the book fell on her lap.
I hope this finds you well. Tell me if it's good.

PJM? Dahyun wondered what the initials stand for.
Could it be him?
Her phone beeped, showing the name of the person she was thinking of just now. Dahyun opened his message. He was asking if she arrived safely. She can't help but be touched by the concern.
Should I ask him?
Dahyun:
Did you perhaps send me a package?
Dahyun:
A book, in particular.
Mochi:
I did.
Dahyun:
Oh.
