Can the Drizzle Kill the Wildfire?

Jimin was startled when Seokjin shouted. He just got out of their room, on his way to the kitchen to drink water. The oldest was on the sofa along with the other members while the television is on. Seokjin was fighting with Taehyung for the remote control. 

It was raining a while ago but it looked like it stopped now. Jimin noticed the still foggy glass of the sliding doors and the few droplets of rain in it. The weather feels cold. It's a good thing it's their rest day today. They all got to stay inside the house and feel cozy.

He realized he overslept when he noticed that the clock on the wall says it's half past ten. It must be the fatigue from yesterday's practice. The lukewarm water feels good in his throat. He thought he overworked his voice all week and now it's starting to feel hoarse. He gulped away the content of the glass until the last drop.

"My Kim sister's gonna appear soon! Don't change the channel!" Seokjin argued, with the remote control on his left hand raised far away from Taehyung's reach. His other hand is pushing Taehyung's face away. Jimin laughed and shook his head at them. It was a common scenario in their living room whenever they have their rest days. Seokjin and Taehyung fights to death over TV. Seokjin forces his way through authority, insisting he should get to decide what channel to watch because he's the oldest. Most of the time, he wins. But every now and then, Taehyung gets to experience watching freely when Seokjin gets busy cooking. Jimin was about to return to his room when he heard Namjoon spoke.

"Kim sister? You mean, Dahyun-ah?" RM asked as he turned another page of the book he's reading. Jimin halted, his eyes immediately flew to the TV. His eyes widened when the Imaginarium started exactly at that moment. No one probably saw his panicked and excited face except Yoongi who was intently watching his reactions. Yoongi smirked, amused by the actions of the younger.

"Kim Taehyung, sit down, the show's starting. Let's watch Dahyun." Yoongi finally butts in. Taehyung pouted, knowing he can't do anything now that Suga intervened. Suga's words have always been delivered with finality. No one could say no. He's harder to defy than Jin because his poker face alone would make ypu shut up. He sighed in resignation and slumped on the sofa, leaning his head towards Jungkook. 

"Alright. Let's just watch Kim Tofu. It's alright if it's her. Right, Jimin-ah?" Taehyung grinned his boxy smile as he noticed Jimin sat beside Hoseok discreetly. They are sitting on the floor next to the coffee table. Jimin just made face and focused on the show.

There are only six guests on the show, four men and two women. One of the ladies is Dahyun.

"How did you know she will make an appearance on this show?" Hoseok randomly asked.

"I saw TWICE last week in a restaurant where I bought our lunch, and Dahyun's not with them. Nayeon told me she was in a shooting that time for this." Jin nonchalantly explained. No one talked anymore after that.

Jimin thought it's no wonder that Dahyun was sent to appear on this show out of all members of TWICE. She is bubbly and charming, her smiles are contagious and her funny side stands out every time she speaks. She could easily charm the viewers with her beauty but it was also her actions that captivates everyone. 

The show began with the host telling them that they will be divided into three couples to shoot a skit or mini-drama. Jimin can't help but frown. It started with just his eyes squinting, feeling suspiscious of the way the program flows. It's obvious that every one of the guys wants to be partnered with Dahyun. He pursed his lips before he scoffed when Eunwoo was picked to be her partner.

"That's so obvious. Of course they would let Eunwoo and Dahyun as partners because they are both good looking." Jin pointed out. Jimin can't help but agree. Jin just spoke out what was in his head. It's so fishy how everyone is older than the two of them. The best option is to pick the two persons with close age difference so it wouldn't be uncomfortable. The thought that the two got casted for this show annoys him.
