"Breaking news, a worldwide pandemic due to the corona virus COVID-19 has been issued by WHO" the reporter stated from the television screen.
Thor was in shock.
Could he get this mysterious Midguardian disease? Could gods even get sick?
What even was this disease? Only one way to find out.
"BANNER!" Thor boomed from the living room of the Avengers' Tower.
A few minutes later, Dr. Bruce Banner came in, looking frazzled.
"What is it Thor?"
"You say you are a Midguardian doctor?"
"Yes..." Bruce replied, having an idea of where this was going.
"This...disease thing, we do not have it on Asgard, what does it mean?" Thor questioned, still completely unfamiliar with some of the Midguardian ways.
Bruce sighed, how did one even explain disease to someone who had never gotten sick?
"Basically it means that you feel really bad and can die if you get the disease, and you can get it by being around others who have it."
"But if you can only get it by being near others who have it, how did it even start?" Thor was confused, nothing in Midguard made sense.
"No one really knows, but to be safe you should wear a mask when going out in public places, wipe down things with wipes before you bring them inside, and stay 6 feet away from others. Oh, and you should stay inside as much as you can."
"So...I should stay inside this building, for how long?"
"Probably a few months."
Nope. This did not sound like fun to Thor. No way was he sticking around for this.
"Well friends, message me when this Midguard disruption is over, I'm going off world!"
"Thor, you can't just run away from your problems-"
Bruce was cut off by the sound of Mjolnir whooshing through the air and landing in Thor's outstretched arm.
"Heimdall, open the Bifrost!"
"YEET!" Apparently Peter had been talking way too much to Thor.
A huge column of light engulfed Thor, and just as soon as it appeared, it disappeared, taking Thor with it and leaving a huge scorch mark on the living room floor.
"JARVIS?"
"Yes Dr. Banner?"
"Can you inform Tony that he needs to replace the living room floor again."
"Of course, Dr. Banner."
In the lab....
"Dr. Banner would like to inform you that the living room floor needs replacing again."
Tony swore, "Tell Point Break that he's a jackass, he knows that we have a helipad that he could easily use."
