Montys pov

I can't actually believe what just happened to me , she did it again. The only person who knew the first time was my dad.

I did manage to dial sebbs number without her knowing and just said help . And soon enough he had arrived and he then carried me as fast as he could out the building as he hold extremely tight sobbing into him.

Sebb: baby we're going to the police station , we have already said you will be coming in and will need a checkup from the nurse there.
Monty : mhm

Sebbs pov :
he was shaking the whole way there as I held him in my arms. I felt so bad for him I just want to keep him here forever

As soon as we got to the police station they had two rooms ready for us , one where we would all sit and then the questioning room. As we were waiting all of a sudden two officers came in holding a middle aged women , the same women that was at the shop that time

Police : is this her
Monty : yes
Jennie : oh little Monty what have I done to hurt you , your my boyfriend
Mont: not
Jennie : dont  be like that

All of a sudden Monty wobbled up

Monty : DO YOU KNOW WHAT , YOU HAVE DONE SOMETHING TO ME. YOUR NOT MY GIRLFRIEND IM FINE BEING SINGLE ( sebb knew monty was only protecting us )
YOU HURT ME . YOU RUNIED MY LIFE . AFTER YOU SEXUALLY ASSAULTED ME WHEN I WAS NINE MY WHOLE LIFE CHANGED.

By now everyone's eyes were wide and there mouths were open , both Monty and sebb were crying

I COULD NEVER GO PLACES AS A NORMAL KID WITHOUT FEELING ENDANGERED. IM SORRY BUT YOU DESERVE TO BE LOCKED UP GOR LIFE . I DONT GET WHY YOU HAVE WANTED ME MY WHOLE LIFE JUST STAY THE FUCK AWAY FROM ME.

He then turned round back to sebb and curled up in his arms for protection . He didn't care they were infront of everyone ( Florence has weekly visits with her grandma so she is staying there )

Police : right we will be back for questioning

A hour later

Police : Sebastian
Sebb: yes
Police : follow me for questioning
Sebb: ok

Sebb: ( whispers ) hey baby imma need to go so u go and sit with your dad but I promise I will be back soon .

I carried him over to his dad and placed him in the seat next to him then I walked and followed the officer

Police : now , has monty ever told you about the incident when he was 9
Sebb: no
Police : has he shown any signs of this
Sebb : yes
Police : will you explain
Sebb: sure , well a few weeks ago me and mont went to the shops and the same women was serving us and he went all anxious , then a few days later he got a text from her and it scared him so much he fell down the stairs. He was rushed to the hospital, but when he was drowsy from the pain killers he was still fully aware of the females around him and would have a big outburst. After that everything was going fine until today.
Police: ok thank you , one last question
Sebb: ok
Police : what is monty to you
Sebb : my boyfriend, but if you cannot mention it nobody except his dad knows .
Police : that is fine , now if you would like to go back out and take monty in here.
Sebb: i will be right back

When I walked in the room monty immediately came over to me and I englufed him in a hug
Sebb: come on baby follow me
Monty: why
Sebb: I'm taking you to questioning

As they started to walk sebb realised monty was really struggling sebb he picked him up and took him over to the room.

I was about to leave monty and the police when he was being questioned

Monty : no sebby stay don't leave I need you don't go
Sebb: Monty I'm not allowed to stay baby , I'll be waiting outside for you though
Police : it's ok you can stay as long as you don't speak , only words to comfort
Monty : tttthank you

General POV :

Sebb sat down and put monty in his lap and wrapped his arms around him

Police : so monty tell us what happened when you were nine
Monty : w-well I was playing with my sister Trisha and she went to get ready for bed and I was going to meet my friends . As I was walking my way home a woman was f-following me. And all of a sudden I was in a house layed with my legs tied on a bed , t-that's when she s-sexually a-assaulted me . And I didn't tell anyone about it until I was 11 and the only person who knew was my dad as two days after I went to live with my dad because I didn't want to live with my mum

Sebb stroked montys leg in comfort

Police : ok thank you , and you don't need to explain today's incident as you wrote a statement , If you two could just stay here for 30 minutes while we go sort some stuff out
Sebb: yeh thank you

Sebb: I'm so proud of you baby

Monty begins to cry

Sebb: DONT cry baby you are amazing and have been through so much in your life that you didn't deserve
Monty : you know if it wasn't for you I wouldn't be here today
Sebb: what do you mean
Monty: well when I moved in I had a plan to go to a field and commit as I was loosing my dad but I became friends with you and you saved me
Sebbb: omg baby please don't ever think of doing that again . I don't know how I would cope
Monty : I love you
Sebb: I love you to

They kiss and then cuddle up while waiting for the officers to renter

20 minutes later

Police : ok we have got the court date
Sebb: and
Police : it will be June 12th starting at 8:00am
Monty : that's in 4 days what
Police : I'm sorry it's the earliest date we had
Sebb : that's fine thank you
Police : well we will see you there
Sebb: goodbye
Monty: thank you for helping me
Police : what were here to do

Monty and sebb Borge wall out the room apart knowing they will have to go to being bestfriends infront of the others.

That night sebb stayed with monty as they cuddled up to eachother making sure monty felt safe enough to sleep. Drifting of into eachothers dreams
