I sit about five rows up, one seat away from the aisle. I let Tobias take the aisle seat, with his claustrophobia and all. Chris sits the other side of me, eyes closed. For a second I think she is sleeping, but I know we are all to stressed to sleep. Cara has joined Johanna and Jack Kang near the front. The Pedrads sit in frond of us. Hana in between Zeke and Uri, to keep them from bickering.

It's been about a week since Uri was released from medical care and he is already back to normal. Or as I suppose normal is nowerdays, with no Marlene or Lynn. No one brings up the subject, naturally, but it's obvious he is struggling. Tobias thinks he had picked up a drinking problem shortly before the 'incident'. It seems likely coming to think about it, Uri would always have a flask with him in the beauru. I can't blame him though, I often think about trying some myself, seeing how relaxed it makes people.

Looking around, I see the same seats my parents sat in on the day of my choosing ceremony, last time I was here. I perposely chose to sit as far away as possible. I don't know why, its not like there going to dissappear.

I half expect Marcus to walk onto the podium, just as last time, but it's Johanna who takes the place centre stage.

"Welcome. We appreciate your attention and contributions to our city. I understand many of you are still confused about the current situation we are facing." she says, addressing the crowed. "Following our most recent announcement, we have reached out to those beyond the wall and come to an agreement."

"Recently, The allegiant sent a group outside the wall and into the Beauru Of Genetic Welfare. There, they acquired knowledge about our city that was beyond our imagination. Our city was part of an experiment, involving a previous war. Those outside our city saw us as different, damaged. " at this particular statement I glance at Tobias out of the corner of my eye, trying not to make it obvious. Thankfully, he does not meet my gaze. I don't what him to think that I associate the word 'damaged' with him.

"Although we are not." Once again I focus my gaze on Johanna. "We are as Pure and as Whole as they are, and I am proud to say we have taken our city back!" at this there are shouts of joy and fists pumping the air, I suspect, from former dauntless members.

I smile as Uriah and Zeke both join the commotion, with Hana covering her ears. Christina joins in shortly after them, accidently knocking the man besides her. My smile grows as Tobias puts his arm around my shoulder and kisses my temple.

"I'm proud of you." he whispers in my ear. I'm supprised I can hear him over the noise. I kiss him in response. I feel him smile against my lips as I run a hand through his hair. We stay like that for a minute or so, untill Johanna starts up again.

"We hope you will continue to support us and those around you as we rebuild our community." she says, as Jack Kang, Cara, Harrison and a couple of council members I recognise from abnigation, join Johanna on the stage. "Me and your other acting leaders have come to a conclusion regarding our faction system." This is it. Our future is determined by what is said next.

"We have spoken about it, and taken your advice and questions into account, and have decided to bring back our faction system."
