She is going to leave me. I get what she is thinking, she doesn't wanna leave me alone. She is afraid that I'll be left alone and get back to my depressing state again.

"Cami, but I said 'No' to them, I hope they won't force me any more. I've already declined their offer", she ranted continuously afraid I might break. "Baby", I said to her and she looked at me a little puzzled. I hugged her tightly and said, "Congratulations. I'm so proud of you", she was baffled when she heard me. "You know what this means right? You are doing good in your field. Awesome. They even asked you to take up the offer in the head office. Do you think that is simple? You should have worked your ass off to get an offer like that. Getting a good offer and working sincerely, now this proves you are my sister. You have to take up this offer and prove them my little sister can ace it. In the future, I'll even let you be my personal interior designer", I said with a smile and my eyes little moist with the happy tears. Getting an offer from the head office is not simple. She should take up this offer.

"You know what you are saying right?", she asked me confusedly and I nodded. "This means I have to leave this place", she stopped a while. "You think am gonna leave you here alone, just like that? You are not irresponsible, I know that. But when it comes to your work, you will forget everything around you. You might even work over-night to finish your work earlier. If I didn't call you tonight, do you think you would have come home? You think you're smart right? I'll tell you, No, you're not smart. You think working makes you comfortable. So you are drowning yourself with your work. If I'm not here, If I'm not staying with you, I'll know what will happen to you. You will look 10 years older than you're now. Your eyes will be covered with dark circles with the lack of sleep. And you will probably go as lean as a broom stick. And I'm not gonna let that happen to you. I'll never let that happen. So, I'm not leaving, I'm gonna stay with you and torture you to take care of yourself", she said all these in one-go and now she is breathing heavily. I smiled at her, I was smiling the entire time. It feels good when she is accepting that she is taking care of me. But I'm not gonna let her make a bad decision in her career. I know she will regret it if she doesn't take up the offer.

"What are you smiling at?", she asked me. "You know I can take of myself right? I'm elder to you and I know how to take care of me. And I want you take up the offer right now!", I said to her all the while she was looking at me as though I have grown two heads.

"No", she said still not recovering from what I said earlier. "Yes, you are going to take up the offer", I interrupted her. "NO, I'm not going. Don't you dare send me away!", she raised her voice against me. "Don't you dare raise your voice against your own sister. If you are not listening to me, you know what I will do! I'll inform Uncle about your little mischievous behavior", I said patiently. Even though Uncle gives us our freedom in our like, he won't let us take a bad move in our career life. He cares about our career life even more than us. He always says, the career is the one that helps us and our family members to live a peaceful life. 'Even if we lose everything, we still have our education and our career to pave a new better way for us', he always used to say this. So I know he won't let her lose this project.

"You won't dare call him",she said. I took my phone from the pocket of my shorts. "Try me", I said to her and started dialing his number. She tried to reach for my phone, but I started to run. "Don't call him", she shouted running behind me to catch my phone. I stood in front of the sofa in the living room, she stood opposite to me, the sofa being in the middle formed a little barrier for me.

She reached again, "Take the offer now", "NO, I won't", "Then I'll call him and tell him everything", I said and took my phone to call him. "Please, don't do this to me", she pleaded. I know she is putting on her acting mask. "I'll give you 5 seconds", "Please?", "FIVE","I'll do whatever you want", "FOUR", "I'll get you ice-cream, and I'll wash all your clothes and I'll clean our home, please don't do this. I'll even cook daily for you, your favorite dishes, everyday", "THREE. Even though the offer is tempting, I'm not gonna accept it. Take up this project, or I'll call him for sure. TWO", "Please, don't do this to me. He will kill me with his boring advises, Please", "ONE. I'm gonna call him", "NO, I'll take up the job", she said finally accepting me and I smirked.

"Now I'll give you one more minute. Call your boss and tell him about your change of mind", " but it is around mid-night, he might have slept",she retaliated. I saw her making my eyes into slit. "Right now! Call him, if he picks up tell him, or send him a voice-note. I don't mind about that", I said to her in a stern voice and went to the dining table to feed my pitiful tummy. She followed me like a sad reluctant puppy, she was dialing the number. I arranged a single plate and put the pasta and garlic bread in it.

She started speaking to her boss, I think he didn't sleep and he did take the call in a single ring, wow. She was gloomy all the while speaking to him. Finally with an awkward smile, she ended her call and sat beside me in the sofa. I started playing an episode from the F.R.I.E.N.D.S. I don't know how many times we saw this episode, but we are gonna see it again. I fed her the pasta and she saw the garlic bread in the plate and her demeanor changed. She instantly lit up. "Oh my sweet older sister! How can you be both sweet and evil at the same time?", "I'm a pro at that", I said with a goofy smile. "Don't be a goof and feed me fast I'm starving here", she said to me.

We were watching the series, and long ago we finished our pasta, but we are still munching on our garlic bread. She turned to me suddenly and paused the TV. "Will you be okay, If am gone?", she asked really worried. "I can take care of myself, don't you worry about me", I said to her. "No. Promise me. Promise me you listen to everything I say. I'm gonna call you and guide you daily. I know you can't survive without your warrior", she said little too proud pointing both her hands at herself. "okay! I'll listen to whatever your highness has to say", I replied to her. She agreed and played the series, "but who knows I'll do everything you say", she looked at me not believing the words I said. She playfully smacked my head, "You have to." I simply nodded at her.

I slept in my bed trying to fall into the dreamless sleep, but I felt the bed dipping in the other side. In a minute, she cuddled against me and started to sleep.

"You know you are not the reason I rejected the offer."

"What?", I was shocked, I thought she wanted to reject the offer to stay with me, that's why I forced her to take up the offer. I turned to look at her, she wiped her eyes to make her sleep go away, but she failed miserably.

"It's my Boss. I think he is interested in me", she said yawning, "That's not bad, is it?", "No, but I hate the way he flirts with me. I don't see him that way but he is not taking my message". "Tell him clearly then. Use this opportunity to clear his ideas about you. Or is he tormenting you?", I asked afraid that I made a bad decision."No, he is actually sweet. But I'm not interested in him. He is good looking though but I don't know, you get what I mean right?", she asked me clearly confused whether I understood her or not. "Yeah!", I obviously know her. She is my sister how can I not know that she isn't attracted to the sweet guys. She probably doesn't know this, and I''m not gonna say, She will understand this herself some day.
