I don't know how the time flew but I've to get ready to meet Cami, I didn't hear her properly to be clear but I heard those 'meet you at 7 in Dezire' clearly. Is this a date or what? I don't get it. She was not clear yet she left before she could say it completely.

I guess it won't be a date but it has been so long I went out let alone with a girl. Maybe its a get-together party or her friends would've invited her to the club, she also mentioned few days ago that the club was usually booked literally all the time, so my second guess is the one. Only way to find out why she invited me is going to Dezire, and this is what I decided yesterday night losing my sleep.

The club was packed with lots of people and to be honest I've never seen a club like this, it looks awesome. I couldn't find Cami, lucky me I didn't even get her number. I headed to the open bar and ordered a Vodka Soda to keep it light because of Leah. I don't want to wake up with a bad migraine and take care of my baby.

"Hey do you have any idea of who is hosting this party?", I asked the bartender, he handed over my drink "I'm sorry I don't know but I think their surname is Hales?", he said, "Oh okay, thanks", "Don't mention and have a fun night", he smiled and went to the other person asking about their choice of drinks. The Hales? So Cami's family is hosting the party? And why did she invite me? I literally don't know know anyone here other than her and now I don't know where she is.

I turned around resting my back at the counter to look at the people dancing. Someone at the other side of the room caught my attention. She looks familiar but I can only see her from the behind. She has a long brown hair flowing at her back in ripples. Her dress is shimmering in the light like glitters whenever she moves a little. I sipped my glass of Vodka and she turned around towards my direction, her lips, a bright shade of red complimenting the contours. Her eyes crinkling in the most beautiful way when she started laughing. "Cami", I whispered recognizing her, she looked at me from across the room and her eyes locked with mine.

"Chris", I turned towards the voice next to me to see Rachael. She was smiling at me. I turned towards Cami's direction but she was nowhere. "Who are you searching for?", Rachael asked me, "um..noone", I replied to her and sat on the near-by bar stool. "How come you are here?", I asked her sipping my glass. "A friend invited me, what about you?", she asked me. "A friend from my office invited me but I don't know anyone here. I'm glad I found you", "Who is this friend? Do I know this person?", she asked me. "I don't know but she is working in our building so I guess you would've seen her?", she nodded. "You are working there for several years right? So you should've seen her atleast once", I said to her", "Her? What's her name?", "Cami... Camilla Hale", she had a confused face, "I think they are the ones hosting this party", I nodded.

From no-where Cami came and hugged Rachael. "Hey beautiful", Rachael started talking to her like they know each other. "Do you wanna meet my friend here?", Rach pointed at me, "Hi", I said to her feeling a little awkward. "Hey Chris, You came, that's nice", I nodded smiling. She turned towards Rach and smiled real bright while Rach smirked at her the entire time. "So you knew her", I said to Rach. She laughed, "Ya. I know her, she is like a second sis to me", "You said you didn't know the Hales", I asked her. "No, I didn't", actually she didn't say that, "But you didn't say you know her either", now she tried real hard to keep from laughing and nodded.

I saw Cami smiling at her friend like she is a child. "Actually you asked me about a girl right?" "Which one?", I asked her a little distracted. "So.. about how many girls were you asking to me?", she asked me. I turned to face her, "The one who took Leah on her first day", she said to me. "Actually FYI I didn't take her", Cami retorted. "Then, what did you do that day?", "She wanted to go outside so I... I brought her outside from", "So you basically took her outside from the Day care unit" Rach said laughing, "I didn't", "He wanted to talk about that to you. And I really want to talk to someone about something. So I'll let you guys talk", she said looking at me and left. "Rachael, don't you dare go to her, come back", Cami shouted when Rachael disappeared in the crowd.

She turned and smiled at me. "What was that about?", I asked her. "Nothing, its just.. nothing. never mind", she said and sat on the stool near-by. We were sitting in silence while the music from the dance floor flooded our ears. I looked at her and she was looking at the dance floor. She turned towards the bartender and ordered a tequila. She smiled at me and looked at the people dancing. Before making this anymore awkward, I asked her, "Do you wanna dance?". She peeled her eyes from the dance floor and looked at me and again back at the dance floor. She didn't answer but turned to the counter and took couple of tequila shots in a second, "Woah!" I couldn't help and exclaimed. She turned to look at me in the eyes and took my hand, "Let's go".
