If You Are Willing To Risk The Unusual, You'd Have To Settle For The Ordinary."
-Jim RohnChapter 16
"So, tell me something. Are you and my boy here kicking it off?" Asks Austin Mays, slapping the thigh of Chloe Bridges.
Chloe pushes his face aside and grunts in annoyance, scooting closer to Stacey Osborne, who's lost in a book.
Being all invisible and such. She really has guts for that.
"Well, uh, we're just f-f-friends." I stutter.
Daniel scoffs and puts his arm around Stacey, who shrugs it off.
"I don't think 'f-f-friends' hug that way." He mimicks my stuttering, getting a high five from Daniel.
"Alright guys, stop being such dicks to Claire here." Smirks Chloe.
I smile faintly and munch on a French fry, more or less losing my appetite.
"Where's Todd?" Asked Daniel, peering through the crowed cafeteria to spot Todd.
"Ah, there he is." Answers Chloe.
I turn my head to see him standing with Rebecca Isabella Harris, her hands around his neck, leaning in to kiss him.
My heart dropped at the sight in front of my, my stomach churned and bile raised up my throat.
I wanted to cry, but I didn't.
Todd pushed her way and yelled so loud, that the whole of the cafeteria stopped, with their conversations and eating, to pay attention to the booming voice.
"I TOLD YOU ONCE AND IM NOT GOING TO SAY IT AGAIN! STAY. THE. FUCK. AWAY. FROM. ME!" Todd hissed furiously and stomped away.
Pushing a few people out of his way and pushing the doors open, with a much stronger capacity.
Rebecca's face turned into a sour look and the eyes of everyone landed on her, including my own.
"What are you all looking at? Go back to your worthless lives." She huffs and retreats out of the cafeteria.
Chloe wanted to run after her, but Stacey pulled her down to her seat.
"Stacey, she needs us. I can't just sit here." Defends Chloe.
"Do you really want to meet the mad and furious Rebecca Black?" Asks Stacey with disinterest, not picking her head up from the book she's been reading.
Chloe frowned, then sighed, going back to stabbing a cucumber in her salad.
I always thought the three, were like the Hydra and the typical highschool female pops, but now?
I'm starting to think there's more to it, than meets the eye.
