"Sometimes I Feel..My Brain Just Needs Some Time Away..A Little Sunshine..A Vacation."
-Lauren ReisChapter 18
"Hold still."
"I'm trying to."
"Claire, I swear if you move one more time, I will really poke your eyeball." Threatened Brianna.
We basically spent the entire day trying out outfits, make up and hairstyles.
"Claire, would you stay still just for one goddamn minute." My face was squished, in Brianna's hand.
Her glossy ,pink painted finger nails, digging into my skin, they were claws as I always say.
"Done." She turns me around, to face the mirror.
I...I couldn't recognize the girl in front of me.
I looked so grown up, so mature.
And.
Girly.
In a sleek way kinda girly.
"So? Say something already!"
"It's... perfect." I muttered, studying myself into my mirror.
The reflection staring back at me.
Was a more older version of me, she looked confident, she looked bold and most of all, she looked ten times the woman I'll ever be.
"My work is done here, now help me real quick."
Brianna switched places with me.
We only had 15 minutes till we leave.
I twirled on some loose, bouncy curls onto Briannas soft light black hair , whilst she did her make up.
We both agreed not to wear too much make up, we'd want to look as professional as possible.
I decided to wear something not too over the top, but still resembles me.
