Leon x Reader

3rd Person POV:

Y/N sat in the cell, a broken Uther across from her. She heard a cell door open a bit down the block and rushed to the door. Guinevere passed by her cell.

"Gwen!" Y/N hissed

Gwen turned and came to the door.

"Y/N! I thought you were with Merlin and the others outside of Camelot?" Gwen queried

"Uther needed help that morning, so I wasn't able to go with them."Y/N replied, "Have you heard anything of Sir Leon? Is he okay?"

Y/N's heart ached at the thought of Leon being hurt. Leon was a noble man who Y/N liked very much. She was worrisome toward him.

"He is in a cell a few down from here, but I have a plan to get him out." Gwen said softly

"Promise me you'll keep him safe." Y/N replied

Gwen nodded then left Y/N to sit and wait. After mere hours of being left alone with her thoughts, Morgana sent for her.

"So, Y/N, the people really seem to love you." Morgana stated as guards forced Y/N to her knees

"Well, I don't know. I suppose they might." Y/N replied passively

"They do, as do many of the castle staff. Seeing fm as you are kind to all." Morgana snapped, "Perhaps you could serve as motivation."

Morgana motioned for the guards to bring Y/N with her. She was pulled to the front of a balcony, the Knights and many of the townspeople lined up down below. All knights were there except Leon.

"People of Camelot! Here is your beloved Y/N! What fate shall you place upon her?" Morgana shouted to the crowds

Y/N glared at Morgana before yelling to her people down below.

"Long love King Uther! The rightful ruler of Camelot!" Y/N shouted

Morgana looked at her in shock then motioned to the guards to take her back to her cell. She was thrown back in with Uther, who came to her quickly.

"What did she do to you?" Uther asked

"I didn't know you cared, my lord. But, she has done nothing, except strengthen the people's belief in you." Y/N replied gripping his biceps

And so the two sat together for what felt like an eternity. Waiting for someone, anyone to save them.

After days had passed, they heard fighting in the hallway. Prince Arthur was fighting Morgana's guards, along with other brave men.

"Father!"'Arthur yelled in response to seeing Uther

"Arthur watch out!" Y/N yelled, seeing one of the men attempting to attack Arthur

Arthur swung his sword and the man burst into nothing more than a shimmer. The other men with Arthur looked on in amazement before doing the same. Once all of Morgana's men were defeated, Arthur and his men took to getting Uther and Y/N out.

Arthur rushed to his father, the others coming to check on Y/N. Gwaine, Elyan, Leon, and another man she did not know. She was helped to her feet by Gwaine, who promptly gave her a right hug.

"Good to see you, Gwaine."Y/N smiled

"That's Sir Gwaine to you." Gwaine replied proudly

Elyan patted her shoulder, "You're alright?"

"I'm fine, Elyan. A bit shaken up but nothing a change of clothes and a good nights rest can't fix." Y/N said patting Elyan's shoulder

The tall man who Y/N did not know approached her carefully before extending his hand.

"I'm Percival, I've heard much about you, Y/N. This lot doesn't ever stop talking about you." Percival smiled

"It's wonderful to meet you. And is that so?" Y/N giggled

Leon came up to her next, leaning down and picking her up in a tight hug. Once he'd set her down she kissed his cheek.

"I'm glad you're safe." Y/N said

"Likewise," Leon replied, taking her hand, "I don't know what i'd do with myself with out you."

"Oh, you'd carry on being a knight. Just as you always have."Y/N stated, placing her free hand on his chest, "You'd continue being the bravest man i've ever met."

Leon leaned down and gently kissed her.

"No, I don't think I would." He said l, gently resting his forehead against hers, "I love you far too much for everything to stay the same."
