What inspired me was my love for the characters Jonathan Morgenstern and Clary Fairchild
2 what was something you struggled with for your story ?
A big struggle for me is to try and portray characters like Jace, Alec, Magnus and Raphael who have very likeable personalities I want to do them justice
3 what has been the overall response to your story from your readers?
They seem to like it but it is still quite early for me to tell as I just hit 20 reads
4 isyour story a stand alone novel or a piece of a series?
At the moment stand alone but I might make a sequel but I would have to seriously think if I wanted to
5 what would you like your readers to take away from your story?
Family is important and so are your friends you may go through tough times but the people who care for you will stand by you
6 what's a piece of advice you would provide to another writer, when it comes to focusing on their story?
never give up on your story!
7 does your main character share any similarities to yourself?
Yes definitely I share similarities with Celeste as a part of her is based off me. She has this trust problem as well as her musical background and trouble talking to people
8 what's something you believe would draw in new readers?
I believe hopefully that people will be drawn to it because of the twists and references I am adding to this story
9 do you have any future projects?
Yes I do after I finish shattered which will be a long time yet I have my edits book called Shadowhunters Stuff and I also am thinking of two other projects at the moment
