Quarantined Robins

Reaction to Live Video

Summary: Continuation from the last chapter. Dick and Jason find out about the live video and have some things to discuss with Tim

"TIM!" Dick sighed as he heard Jason cry out Tim's name for the 5th time today and put the book he was reading onto the table in the living room. It was getting somewhat annoying, but he had to admit he was curious as to what Tim might have done to Jason this time around

"Jason, why are you screaming Tim's name over and over again?" he asked his brother, who stepped into the living room

The other boy said nothing other than handing over his phone to his adopted brother. Dick took the phone and then saw what it was that was making Jason scream Tim's name. It was a video that had gone live on Tim's hero account on Instagram awhile ago and guess who the lucky people to be on it were:

"THE ENTIRE CITY IS ON QUARANTINE, B! WHAT DO YOU MEAN WE STILL HAVE TO PATROL?" he heard himself yell desperately in the video, as he saw the video show himself in his Nightwing suit and Jason in his Red Hood outfit. Jason in the video was nodding along with what he had said, arms crossed and Dick noticed his face held a look of disbelief at the idea of patrol

"This is Gotham; a virus like this isn't going to stop crime" Dick heard Bruce say this time

Jason heard his voice speak up this time and went to stand beside Dick, while glaring at the video "Well neither is an idiot in a bat costume, Bats. Come on, just ONE movie night!? No point risking ourselves of contamination right"

"No, both of you will be coming along with me to do patrol. End of discussion"

Dick ran a hand through his hair and let out a sigh. He did not like this one bit. Tim could have put them in serious danger, should one of them have unmasked... and speaking of Tim

"What is this, Tim?" Dick asked calmly, but was mental screaming as the boy who filmed this came down the stairs. Tim could have put their identities at risk with a stunt like that... had Bruce even seen this yet, cause if he did Tim would be in worst trouble

"A video that went live... 3 hours ago... why do you ask?" Tim innocently said which made Dick frown and Jason slightly mad, seeing as how he did not like that everyone had seen him afraid to go on patrol because of a virus and worst it went f*cking live... this would ruin his bad boy image badly

"Cut the crap Tim. You know exactly why we're asking. You went into the Bat Cave and decided to film us when we were arguing with Bruce and made it live! You're lucky that Dick is here right now, otherwise I'd kill you right now! You've ruined my image! No villain will take me serious now" Jason said angrily, with Dick holding onto him to prevent him from harming Tim

Tim didn't seem bothered or concerned with the threat and walked over towards the kitchen where they all found Damian staring at his phone

"I must congratulate you Drake" the youngest said, which confused the others in the room "You have most defiantly made the first day of this insufferable quarantine... amusing. Am I to assume that you will be doing more?"

Dick and Jason stared at Damian in shock and turned to see Tim nod at the question "I don't know when exactly. It'll be when you least expect it" he replied

"No way! You're lucky Bruce hasn't seen this yet and when he does-" "He lecture me and probably ground me or do something worst. I know, I've heard it before. However it was worth it" Tim said calmly as he cut Dick of from what he was saying

Dick shook his head and Jason crossed his arms, trying his best not to smack his replacement on the head "Why did you film us in the first place?" Dick asked

"I originally went downstairs to ask you and Jason if you wanted to help me... but then I saw you guys arguing with Bruce and thought; 'Hey why don't I film this and introduce everyone to the Bat Family live'... besides if I had said something, Bruce would have stopped me and maybe even taken away my phone"

Damian turned towards the first and second Robins "I must say Todd, you being worried of contamination... you wear a bucket on your head and Grayson, you've worn things on your mouth before"

"It's a hood, not a bucket! I'll even take the term helmet over bucket" Jason grumbled

"tt"

"Those things can't even let you breathe and we're expected to wear them! I'd die by the lack of air, before the virus even got to me" Dick explained his reasons from before

Tim stood there watching the scene unfold as Dick and Jason argued with Damian about not wanting to go on patrol for various reasons. The third Robin decided to leave them alone and saw Damian glancing at him and then the stairs. Tim nodded in thanks and decided that maybe the little demon wasn't all too bad and would try and make it up to him somehow

Bat Cave
Bruce sighed as he came back from patrol and had to agree with Dick, those masks barely let you breathe... maybe he shouldn't have been so harsh on his first and second sons

"Any criminal's today sir?" Alfred asked

"Perhaps the boys were right and maybe the villains are also in quarantine. I'm going to get changed" Bruce told Alfred, however the glow of his phone turning on caught Bruce's attention

Alfred nodded and was about to go back upstairs when he noticed Bruce looking at his phone in surprise "Master Bruce?" he asked, but received no answer

"TIM!"

Tim's room
Tim glanced up from his laptop as he heard someone scream his name again, but thought nothing of it and continued to answer some of the questions from his friends; mainly Cassie, Conner and Bart... Tim knew he would face Bruce's wrath soon enough and planned on finishing of his chat before that happened

Suddenly a knock was heard on his bedroom door and Tim decided to cut the conversation of as he shut down the laptop, while tucking it under his bed and turned towards the door

"Yes?" Tim asked as the door opened up and revealed none other than Bruce with his phone turned towards him as Tim saw the live video playing on it "... that's actually a funny story" he said and saw Bruce was not amused, but hey Tim still thought it was worth it either way

Author's note: So here was the reactions of the rest of Bat Family once they saw the video... I tried my best to make it seem realistic and at the same time as a conversation that Dick, Jason, Tim and Damian would have...
