Lecture to Red Robin

Summary: After finding out about Tim's live video, Bruce decides a lecture is in order

Damian's P.O.V
I must say that after watching that live video Drake made, it certainly made today more amusing then randomly scrolling through social media or watching TV. I found it hard to believe how both Todd and Grayson were against going on patrol due to this insignificant virus... as I recall no one has died yet... no wait it seems 5 people have recently died, so maybe I can agree slightly with the two. I suppose the funniest part would be the way Todd acted in the video and I could tell he was going to be... less than civil around Drake until the video is no longer being talked about

Suddenly I heard father yell out Drake's name and anyone could tell he was very angry when he passed all of us. I already knew where this was going, especially seeing the faces on both Grayson and Todd and I decided to stay back and watch the show

........

That was until an idea hit me. What if I film Drake getting lectured by father and post it on his Instagram account... of course problem would be that they have to be in costume, since he filmed the video when father, Todd and Grayson were in costume and it wouldn't make sense to film them all lecturing Drake without their costumes on... and I would need his phone too since I don't feel like trying to hack into his account... last time it took an hour and time isn't something I can waste

I don't know if it was luck or not, but I had to hide a small smile as I watched father appear, while dragging Drake by the hood of his jacket down the stairs. He stopped in front of us and looked at both Grayson and Todd, motioning them both to follow him downstairs towards the cave, leaving me alone and to take action

"Now's my chance at getting Drake's phone" I thought to myself and ran up into his room. As soon as I opened the door, I scanned the whole room until I saw what I was looking for on the floor. I slowly went over towards it and picked it up, while nodding to myself at seeing it unlocked "Count yourself lucky that your phone was unlocked Drake..."

Once I stepped out of the room, I was met by none other than Pennyworth in the hallway "Going somewhere with Master Tim's phone, Master Damian?" he asked me and I had to think up of a good and believable excuse, or else my plan would be foiled... that sounded like something one of those Gotham lower grade villains would say... perhaps I've been spending too much time near Grayson that he's started rubbing off on me

I noticed Pennyworth still looking at me waiting for a response "I was planning on giving this to father, seeing as I thought he would want to confiscate it and not have a repeat of the video Drake made... also I was wondering if father has yet to start lecturing Drake so I may give this to him" I said holding up the device, trying to hide the fact that I had it on still

Pennyworth seemed to believe what I said and nodded "Your father is currently discussing in the cave and has yet to start the lecture if you wish to give him the phone... or if you wish to film the lecture and do the same as Master Tim did and post it" he answered and left to do what he had been planning on doing, leaving me to wonder how the heck he knew what I wanted to do... perhaps I shall ask Grayson when this ordeal is done, after all I had just finished phase 1 in my plan

Once I saw Pennyworth no longer in my sight, I ran as fast as I could downstairs and towards the cave without making as much sound as possible. I found them all with their costumes and counted myself lucky once again. Time to begin phase 2: open up Drake's Instagram and post him getting lectured live on the Internet

I slowly brought up the phone as I turned on the camera and was able to fit everyone in on the frame. All I had to do now is wait for the lecture to begin and this'll be a painless way of payback for some of the things Drake has done. I suppose father and Grayson would actually be proud of me not trying a violent way of having my payback

After what seemed like an hour (when it was really 2 minutes) I saw father make his way over to Drake who I just noticed was tied up to a chair without out his Red Robin costume and pressed the button to start recording

"Do you realize what you could have happened with that stunt you pulled off?" asked father as Drake didn't say a word "You could have risked our identities being exposed and pull anyone-"

"You made me the laughing stock in Arkham! None of those villains are going to take me seriously ever again!" Todd suddenly cut in with an angry look. I could see he was still not over the video and how he was filmed

Drake still stayed silent, but I could see his head turning towards Grayson, who hasn't uttered a word either and instead stood beside father with his arms crossed and a blank look at Drake

"Hood" father said trying to get Todd's attention

"I swear everyone in Arkham is currently watching that video and laughing hysterically at me!"

"Hood" father said once again with Grayson joining in as well, trying to help get Todd's attention... however Todd ignored them both and continued talking

"I did a lot to build up the reputation I had and now it all went to the garbage!"

"Hood... Hood... HOOD!... JAS-"

"What?! I'm trying to make a point here to baby bird over here in how my life has taken a turn for the worse" Todd said as I sighed in relief... Grayson and father both almost said Todd's real name and that would have spelt trouble for me

I decided to look over in the comments and see what people were saying:
"OMG Bat Family is live again!"
"I feel bad for the one tied to a chair, suffering the wrath of Batman is bad enough... he facing a full on lecture"
"Hood's really funny :)"
"Jas? Hood's real name is Jas or does it continue"
"Wow we finally know a Bat's real name... even if it was cut of"
"Maybe his name is Jason... only name I can think of from the top of my head that has the word Jas in it"

............

! Oh no! I'm in trouble... I would normally never act like this, but even I know that I actually screwed up really bad. Father is going to give a punishment worst than Grandfather ever did to me... What if he sends me back to mother or leaves me on my own... He may never take me seriously again because of this!

"Why does my Instagram account say Red Robin is live again?" Grayson asked as I looked over at my older brother and see him with his phone in his hand. I swear I was about to pass out... I'm not even acting like I always do, that goes to show you how bad this plan might have been

"Don't look at me! I don't even have my phone anywhere near me!" Drake suddenly said and I literally did the only thing I could think of at the moment: run!

I turned off the live video and ran up the stairs as fast as I could all the way to Drake's room, where I threw his phone on his bed and locked myself in my room soon after. For a trained assassin, I'm acting terribly like a 10 year old would....

I waited for at least 1 minute and slowly made my way towards my door. Just as I was about to open it I heard 2 angry voices "DAMIAN!"

Author's note: I'm sorry for making Damian act the way I did, but it was sort of hard to make this chapter if I made him act like a brat... so I made him act slightly like he does in the comics, but also like a 13 year old would at the same time... anyway hope that you like this chapter and stay tuned for more to come ;)
