Hey guys! Just wanted to let ya'll know that Hordak actually lives in Dryll with Entrapta, since I forgot to mention that. Anyways, enjoy the next part! :)
Hordak was again talking to Entrapta about the usual nightmare. Entrapta was worried, especially since it was causing Hordak to suffer from sleep deprivation. But she had an idea.
"Why don't I sleep with you?" She said.
"W-what!?" Shouted Hordak as his cheeks began to heat up and turn bright red. His ears also dropped down due to embarrassment.
"Well, since you can't sleep properly on your own, why don't we sleep in the same bed? The nightmares might occur less frequently if someone you trust is there to comfort you. And you do trust me, don't you?" Smiled Entrapta.
Hordak cleared his throat.
"I do.." he said, trying not to stutter.
"Then it's settled! And don't worry, I won't bite." She teased.
-Time skip cuz I'm lazy lol-
Etheria was dark. The stars light up the sky and the wind was all you could hear in Dryll.
Entrapta insisted that Hordak slept in her room as she thought a different environment would help with these nightmares of his.
Hordak had never seen her room before. He was curious to see what it would be like, but he didn't have the chance to create an image in his head as he was too distracted by his embarrassment. His heart felt like it was going to burst at any moment. And he was honestly prepared for a full-on heart attack.
He didn't know why he felt this way. He had never felt this way towards anyone but Entrapta. And he couldn't really talk to anyone about it so he had to figure things out on his own. Whenever he was around Entrapta his heart rate would rise and his face would heat up. But at the same time he felt comfortable and calm. It was a strange mixture of emotions for him and now he was dealing with even more strange feelings than ever just by the thought of sleeping by Entraptas side.
Entrapta led Hordak into her own room.
"Ta-daaaa!" It's not much but I hope you like it." Entrapta said with a slight grin.
Hordak acknowledged every detail in her room. It was amazing.
Her bed was a similar colour to her hair, it was probably also big enough to fit 5 people, maybe even 6. She had paintings on her walls from what looked to be her childhood. A massive, fluffy rug was in the middle of her room and she even had a mini lab in the corner (Which Hordak honestly expected).
Hordaks attention went right back to the bed. Were they really going to sleep in there? Hordaks face turned even more red every time he thought about it. But, as always, he cleared his throat and attempted to act confident. Entrapta could see right through this ac t of his though. She liked how he always tried to act fearless even when his face looked like a beetroot. She thought it was cute. She never told him that though.
Entrapta took out some PJ's.
"I'm gonna go get changed, be right back." she smiled.
Hordak nervously stood in the doorway waiting for Entrapta to return. He took deep breaths and tried to keep his cool.
She soon came back to her room.
"Well, come on in then! You don't need to stand there." she giggled as she grabbed Hordaks wrist and led him inside.
Hordak cleared his throat and looked up at Entrapta before he paused. She was beautiful. Her hair was no longer up like it usually was, and she was wearing baggy, purple PJ's.
Hordak soon realised he was staring at quickly redirected his gaze.
"so.. are you ready to get to sleep?" Asked Hordak as he tried not to stutter.
"Yep!" she smiled.
"I've already set up Emily for the night and Wrong Hordak is currently in Bright Moon, so we won't have any disturbances."
Entrapta then used her hair to carry herself onto her bed. Hordak followed and the two got under the cover. Entrapta put her hair on Hordaks cheek.
"Remember, if anything happens I'll be here." She said in a comforting voice.
Hordak nodded and they both layed down. Hordak made sure he wasn't facing Entrapta so things wouldn't be awkward. Even though he was embarrassed, he felt rather calm being by Entraptas side.
Some time passed and Entrapta had fallen asleep. Hordak turned around as he was curious to see what she looked like as she slept. He told himself he would only take one look because he didn't want to be a creep. But as soon as he saw her his ears dropped and he couldn't redirect his gaze. She looked beautiful. He'd never seen such a gorgeous creature before. Before he knew it he felt the urge to get close. He couldn't resist. He took a deep breath and slowly moved closer trying not to wake her up. But her eyes suddenly opened which made Hordak jump in shock and embarrassment. Entrapta giggled. "Come here" she said as she used her hair to pull him closer. He didn't know what to say so his face just turned an even brighter red as his ears dropped some more. He thought he was going to have a heart attack right there and then. Entrapta began to stroke his hair and close her eyes. She was well aware of her feelings for him at this moment, but still couldn't confess. Hordak wouldn't admit it but he enjoyed being this close to her. He felt warm and before he knew it, he drifted off to sleep. Entrapta smiles and soon fell asleep herself.
To be continued...
