After a while more of driving, the sun was beginning to set and we were running low on gas. "I packed some money that mom had saved up. We can get gas and a hotel room." Ashley said. I nodded and pulled over for gas and then left to find a hotel. We ended up finding a cheap Motel 6 and stayed the night in a small room. All too soon, the sun rose and we were on the road again. "So where we going again?" Ashton asked as I sped down the interstate. "Mistitown. I'm not sure where they have my brother, but I know it's in that town." I told him, gripping the steering wheel. He just nods in understanding. After another two days of driving, we finally arrive in Mistitown. "So any idea where the people are hiding your brother? And what's your brothers name anyway?" Ashley asked, popping up from the back seat. "No idea. And his name is Justin." I stated. "We can probably find him, you know, with us being shifters and all." Ashton added, looking serious. I just nodded as I parked the car in an abandoned lot. We got out and I began to follow the twins who seemed to know where they were going. "Be careful, you two. I don't know if there's gonna be Supernaturals trying to stop us from getting to my brother, but you two can fight, right?" I warned them. They both nodded and we continued until we got to a building that looked almost like an office building and walked in. I readied myself as the twins opened the door. "Watch out!" I screamed as two sharp spears flew towards the twins face. I flung my arm out in front of me, causing the spears to fall to the ground. Ashley looked back at me in surprise but I just shook my head and ran in front of them. "Where are you keeping him?" I yelled out to the empty room. I know that there's people here. It's not really surprising that people could be invisible. I've seen weirder things. A deep, dark chuckle filled the air. "You're smarter than you look, Luminous. I'm impressed." I growled. "My name is Melody." I glared around the room, hoping to see any sign of the man that already had my blood boiling. When I didn't see anything, I closed my eyes and forced myself to be calm. I sighed and opened my eyes. "Where is my brother?" I asked, my voice calm and void of emotion, unlike how I was before.
