The blip (sequel to my stupid spider-boy)

Chapter 35

(Ferryn's P.O.V.)

"Happy, where are you? I'm coming to get you." I press my ear piece and hope that Happy will reply.

"We're in the crown jewels vault. We are locked in with drones outside."

"I'm on my way." I fly faster and get to the musim like place. There were only four drones and they didn't see me so I was able to crash them into each other with ease. I use my powers to get the doors open. The group of teens all stand there with old weapons, ready for battle.

"It's alright, I'm on your side. I'm with Spiderman."

"Is everyone with Spiderman?" Flash exclaims, throwing his arms in the air.

"Who are you?" Betty asks and I smirk, knowing Ned is gonna freak.

"You can call me Onyx-" I get hit with a blast and get thrown against a wall. I hold my head and try to stand back up.

"Oh my god." I hear Ned as he comes over to me. He pulls my hood back on my head. "You used the name? That's like so cool!"

"Move Ned, I've got to get that drone."

"It's gone, it just flew away." He said helping me up.

"He did it, thank god." I sigh and walk back in front of the room. "Sorry about that, I'm new on the job."

"That's ok, I think you did amazing Onyx. Thank you for saving me." Flash says with a love sick puppy dog look. I roll my eyes but they can't see that.

"Spiderman took care of the drones and the monsters,  you are all safe now. Have a safe trip home." I tell them and run out the door to find Peter. I run up to the bridge and finally find Peter. He has a bad limp so I run faster to meet him so he doesn't have to go much further.

"Are you ok?" He asks in a panic after I pull my hood off.

"Am I ok? Are you ok?" I hold his face in my hands to examine his face.

"Ferryn your head is bleeding!" He pulls my hands off his face so he can look at my face.

"I didn't realise I got hit that hard." I laugh a little.

"Are you ok? What hit you?"

"What do you think? One of those stupid drones, thank goodness you called them off or it would have hit me again." I look into his eyes as he continues to examine my head.

"You're probably bleeding out, we need to get back to the plane to make sure-" I cut his rambling off by putting my lips on his. His hand drops away from head and down to my cheek. I feel all the warmth, butterflies, and fireworks that I missed for so long. I can feel him smile and I pull away smiling at him.

"I missed you so much." I smile and rest my forehead on his.

"I still love you Ferryn. I never stopped." He whispered and wraps his arms around my waist.

"I love you too. I'm sorry for the past year, I was confused and sad. Five years I missed you and I did a lot of things to try and be ok. And- and then you were back and Dad died. I just-" This time he kissed me to stop my rambling.

"It's ok, we are here together now. I mean there are some weird things we'll have to get around, I mean I'm seventeen." He laughs and I glare.

"Oh, shut up. You make it sound like I'm some-ew. Well, you're seventeen almost eighteen and with the blip and everything my age doesn't count." I huff, crossing my arms. He laughs and keeps his arms around me so I stay close. I start to hear voices and I pull up my hood and he puts on his mask. We see that it's Ned, MJ, and Happy running towards us and Peter relaxes. 

"You two, like, saved the world! That's crazy! I'm friends with superheroes!" MJ exclaims as she runs toward us.

"Wait, you know about us?" I ask and she hugs me.

"Yeah, I guessed he was Spiderman and last night he confirmed my suspicions. When you showed up it was obvious who you were. And you have super powers?! You can move things with your mind!" MJ freaks out, shaking my shoulders.

"I'm glad you know now. No more secrets." I laugh and put my hands on her shoulders so she'll stop shaking me.

"This has been a great reunion but you two need to get cleaned up." Happy said, pointing at Peter and I. "And you two need to get back to your class before they notice."  Happy leads MJ and Ned back to the class, leaving Peter and I alone again. I wrap my arm around his torso to help him walk.

"Alright now we have to find clothes and a way to clean up before we can get on the plane." I say as we walk down the bridge.

"I could also swing us into town and I'm sure we could find stuff there." He smiles at me and I nod.

"Oh yeah, we have superpowers we don't have to walk." I laugh as we stop.

"Alright Nyx, hold on." He pulls on his mask and I pull on my hood.

"You finally found a nickname I'm ok with." I smile and wrap my arms around his neck. He kisses me quickly and starts to swing us towards the city.
