" I hope it's gonna be a nice time staying there for a whole year or more ", Kasey said to her brother who was not concentrating on what she said but dedicated his eyes to watching his favourite programme on television while she packed up their belongings. They were to move to a new environment. Their mum came in and told them to put the luggage in the car.  They did it and switched off all the appliances then,  they got into their mother's car while they kept their belongings in their father's car and left. Their dad was a pastor and their mum was a business woman.  They were transferred to a place called ' Bridging Street,  there a new house was built for the Reverend and it needed a Grand Opening.  Well a lot of guest were there,  from the church and other places such as neighbours and friends.
As Kasey looked at the environment,  from the gardens to the house itself,  she Whispered to herself "it isn't going to be bad after all ". Smiling shyly to at the people,  she saw a friend of hers from the church she just left.  They exchanged pleasantries and parted. Soon,  it was time for refreshments. That was what everyone waited for. After the prayers,  some people went in to see the house. A beautiful four bedroom storey building, painted pink at the outside,  blue for the rooms and green to the sitting room. Soon everyone left the house and it was just this family of four that was left behind. Kasey Harry was now 8 years old and almost turning 9. On the fateful day of leaving home, Kasey wanted a stroll in order to meet new people.  As she stepped out of the gates,  she met a guy called Jessy James.  He bumped into her when walking to get something for his mother from the nearby stall. It actually wasn't her first time of meeting with Jessy. They had met at the new church a week ago and they became very good friends. After sometime of apology to who caused a bump,  she went back into her home.  As she got home,  she told her brother about her experience outside with Jessy. He was so happy because they were all friends. Unlike Kasey,  her brother was not  the social type. "David", was heard loudly from the garage.  It was mum calling to him. He returned to tell her that mum was calling her but also spoiled the surprise for mum. " mum has a gift for you ". Kasey ran quickly to mum.  As mum spoke to her,  she only waited for her mum's surprise for her. It was a brand new bike for her from father to her. So happy was she that she jumped to give her mum a big hug and a kiss. She again went out with her brother to their new friend's house and stayed there until 6:30pm before returning home.  It wasn't a long journey from Jessy's home to theirs,  so they could stay as far as 8:00pm outside. When they got home,  they prayed and went to bed.  Kasey on her bed stayed praying for her own future and help in her young times.  Nature on its side did its job by taking her to sleep.
