Ally lay in the far back of the land cruiser, behind the back seats as rain drummed loudly on the roof Ally had found a pair of night vision goggles behind Tim's seat, they seemed pretty easy to use so she popped them onto her head
"The visitor center isn't far now is it?" Lex asked, Gennaro gave a grunt in response "Hey Ally" Lex said turning to look at the girl sat in the back of the cruiser Ally turned around to face Lex who let out a short gasp at the sight of the large goggles resting on Ally's head She looked like a weird alien at first glance
"What's the matter?" Ally asked, raising the goggles off her head to rest in her hand "Where'd you find those?" Gennaro asked "Behind Tim's seat" Ally replied "Are they heavy?" He asked "A little" Ally shrugged "Then that means their expensive so put them back" Gennaro said, turning back in his seat as the cars continued to drive themselves through the lashing rain
Ally ignored Gennaro and placed the goggles back onto her head She leaned closer to the rear window to see if she could see past the rain soaked windows, but as she glanced up at the large electrical fence of the Tyrannosaur paddock, she head butted the window harshly
She leaned back and groaned, pulling the goggles from her head as she rubbed at her aching forehead "What the hell was that?!" Ally yelled, annoyed and embarrassed about hitting her head "I don't know? Maybe the power went out" Gennaro said, pushing the buttons on the dash mounted screen to no avail.
Ally was staring out the window at the tiny Goat, bleating and occasionally shaking it's little head to remove the rain from its soaked fur

The driver side door suddenly opened and Grant's head appeared "You guys alright? Ally?" He asked, Ally nodded placing the goggles back onto her head Ally flicked the lever on the side of the headpiece and watched the lenses flash a phosphorescent green
Grant stayed for a few more moments before jogging back to rear car, Ally watching as he ran back through the green lenses.
They'd been sitting there for at least twenty minutes, before something finally happened As Ally was staring out the window she suddenly felt... odd
At first she thought it was thunder, but there was no lightning to accompany it Ally lifted the goggles up to rest them against her forehead and turned herself around to climb through to the back seats Ally placed her hands on Lex's, ceasing her constant wafting of her purple cap "Do you guys feel that?" Ally asked, she noticed Gennaro had dozed off in the front seat
Ally leaned forward between the front seats to stare at the glass of water sitting in the cupholder... a rhythmic ripple cascaded over the waters previously placid surface
